Our new favorite taco bell in our area. Always fast, friendly and accurate.
This store is a scam. I went yesterday and ordered food for 4 around 12:20 am, they gave all the food in a single bag, which is fine. They missed to give food for one of us, which I identified right after I reached friend's home, which is a 15 mins drive.I called them up and asked for a refund of items they missed, I was told to drive back and either get refund or get the items missed. As it was late night, and we don't wanna get the rest of the food cold, I asked for refund over phone which she denied. I unforgettably them that I am driving back and chose to get missing food, drove back and asked for the food missed, I was told to come next day as they just closed right then.So, I was neither given the food that I paid for, nor refunded. The woman employee with whom all the conversation happened over phone or drive through was rude throughout the time.
For the area and For being a fast food restaurant they did pretty good in-and-out in a reasonable amount of time, the food was hot and fresh. And they actually gave you more than 2 packets of sauce I got at least a solid handful.
It's been awhile since I've visited the Portage road location..like a couple years.The last visit was terrible..slow DT, wrong items in bag, and hardly any filling in the tacos I did relieve. I was headed to the highway so I didn't return. A few visits prior were not stellar either.But now WOW. New remodel, perhaps a new attitude. Great service, food was great, I'll be back.
Food came out quickly and as ordered. Food was hot and as good at taco bell will be.
It was ok nothing special upset that I cannot get beans and cheese anymore
Great service the people really nice and if they forget something they are always at the ready recommend.
Window lady was not friendly or particularly useful as I ordered 2 items and she gave me a bag with one only and we had to wait for her to open window back up to tell her and she closed window and got it but didn't say a word about the situation and didn't look happy having to get it right. Box meal was low quality and skimpy compared with other Taco Bells close by. I wouldn't recommend this store. Keep driving to a different location for better service and product.
Went inside to pickup online order. Waited over 30 minutes. Why? Because they let 24 cars in the drive thru get their order first. Outstanding employee ya got there.
New management i believe, food was great/well portioned, service was fast welcoming and friendly. Lobby was open and clean as well. Definitely my goto TB.
