Just went through the drive thru, placed my order it was accurate on the screen I pay and my receipt is accurate. The girl at the window did not say a word to us throughout the payment process, she hands us our food and slams the window. I drive home only to see I was handed the wrong food which is fine mistakes happen but complete lack of effort to look in the direction of the person you are serving is just rude.
This Taco Bell is awesome there are a bunch of really good looking women that work there really nice butts not that I'm weird like that but who doesn't like a nice butt
Wow wow… wow. Those are the only words I know how to describe my visit here. Maybe other words like unprofessional, hostile, aggressive, and disrespectful. Taco Bell is usually an adequate place to visit when you are on the road and need a quick stop. Well not this time! First off we waited at the speaker for several, precious, minutes. It was going fine after that until it came time to get our food. The worker shoved our food at us in an anxious manner. And slammed the window shut. We were quite honestly shocked at these behaviors from a professional establishment. We checked our bag for all our food, and discovered we were missing our cinnamon twists. While still at the window, the worker opened the window and rudely asked why we’re still there. We told her that we were missing our cinnamon twists. A different worker then came up and said she was on a timer, as if this inconvenience that THEY created was MY fault!! Hello?!?! You messed OUR order up! Preposterous!! They hastily grabbed some cinnamon twist and rushed us out. The cinnamon twist had no cinnamon on them. I am so disappointed in my visit :(. I will give them the benefit of the doubt, as it could have been just a hard day, but please focus on your customer service!!
I usually don’t even stop here because I never know when they are going to close..it seems every night is at a different time!! But tonight as we drove past, there were still cars in the drive-thru so since we had already drove past we drove down the road a little and turned around to go back and get dinner!! 10:40pm…Lights still on when we pulled in, pulled around to drive-thru and sat for a min or so…and nothing…so we drove around to the pay/pick up window and not a soul in sight, although the sign on the window stated they were open daily from 7a-midnight!! So we went around to try to go inside, because I remembered one night we had stopped and they were open inside and it had been super late! Walk up to the door…sign on the door says “Lobby open until 11p or later..it couldn’t have been past 1045p by the time we had tried to go inside…yet both doors were locked!! I have worked in the service industry for almost 20 years and I get that COVID has left people severely understaffed, but if you must close early due to staffing issues, all it takes is jotting down a quick note on the computer printing off a couple copies and taping on to each door and the drive-thru, don’t just lock it up and go home an hour and a half early without common courtesy of a note! You become unreliable and ppl will no longer stop there because they will never know if you’ll actually be open or not, especially when Gad is $5/gallon!! Won’t be driving out of my way anytime in the near future for food from this Taco Bell!!
Website says open till midnight. Get to location. Employees walking around inside and outside. Lights on and menu board lit up. Sat patiently waiting to give order for about 4 minutes and nothing. Called the location and talked to a very rude person that laughed that I had been sitting there waiting. Won’t be back.
The best Taco Bell in all of Kalamazoo/Portage area. Great, friendly workers and they always get my order right!

First time up north traveling to Michigan. They gave my food to someone in the drive thru... I was inside. Then was going to make me pay the difference when they are the ones who made it wrong to begin with besides having to wait so long my guy was already in the car waiting for me and done eating his! To top it off, my food was STILL WRONG! Definitely not the service I expected from here.
They are hard working making good food they was looking for a challenge and we gave it they did it. Was a 67$ order and not one of them was mad a about it.much love and thanks guys
