Very accommodating to guests and they do an amazing job at making their food. When they are out of something they will try their best to make up for it.

Ordered number 6, got number 6. No one asked hard or soft shell for Supreme taco, shrug that off. No one asked about sauce so I specifically requested hot sauce. Get back to where I was going to eat and... no hot sauce. None. Not a packet in the bag. Isn't there a Taco Bell rule about asking for hot sauce and making sure it is supplied? This isn't the first time its happened at this location. Honestly, they get the order right about 20-30% of the time. This is an easy fix. The manager needs to train the employees to put hot sauce into every bag if it's requested or not. Shame on the leadership here.

I give them a two because their customer service is fine, nice people. However, every time I go there they either forget one or more things or just throw my food in the bag without wrapping it properly. It's extremely frustrating to not get your full order or when you do, it's unable to be eaten because it has spilled all over the place.

I visited the Gull Rd store. The person who took my order got confused and rang in my food incorrectly. Upon telling the person, they got an attitude with me. I was there over 15 mins in the drive thru and my food was wrong and cold. Upon calling the store to speak with a manager, I was told it was my fault and my food would not be replaced. I went back in the morning and spoke with a different manager who was kind and courteous and replaced my food for me without an issues. The night shift is bad there...

Literally if I could give zero stars I could, I got one thing in my 7 thing order. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and not check my order before leaving the window but they have disappointed many times

First off the lady who took my order kept making me repeat my order so I was asked everything twice so she was given two answers to each question and still managed to forget items on my order. The drive thru was very long so I just figured I would park and go in so I did just that but low and be hold the door was locked I could clearly see the lady who had just taken my order and served me my order as we made very clear eye contact appone me walking up to the door..She continued wave her arms in the are while saying what i assume was WHAT!! but i couldnt hear. I decided to just call them and have someone hand me the rest of my order but to no suprise they did not answer the phone so i stood their staring at an employee who clearly sees me while on the phone with the location. I showed her my phone letting her know i was calling but she just smiled and shrugged her shoulders. For the record I was missing 4 soft shell taco and two chicken chilupas.. What a Joke ..

Yall are incompetent! How hard is it to not put something on a taco when asked not to? This isn't the first time. In the last 3 months every single time I've ordered except once has my order been right!! I order from here at least twice a week and everytime something is wrong! Everybody that works here including the store manager should only make $6 an hour, yall are barely worth that. You literally have the easiest job in the world. Complete garbage. Never coming here again. Should've spent less money on the fancy new building and spent more time/money on training 9th grade dropouts to hit buttons correctly or learning to read!

We use the app and order, it's always ready when we get there. We love this option!!

Sometimes this location makes the food taste great but sometimes the food isn't even put together right, according to the ingredients. A cheesy Gordian crunch needs the Velveeta cheese to taste good, not melted shredded cheese.

Out of 5 fast food stops this week, Taco Bell was the only place that gave me the correct food without pulling out of line to wait
