That was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. We had to wait an hour just to get our food. There were workers just standing around doing nothing. I thought maybe our food would at least be fresh. Nope. My chalupa was hard and then they also forgot our desert. I have now read a lot of the reviews for this Taco Bell and it seems everyone has had a bad experience there. They clearly need to do something to fix the issues or close the place down. I wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell to my dog.
this location is almost 100% of the time not open when they’re supposed to be. they close by the time you arrive to pick up your order; or they “close” the store on doordash before you receive the food you ordered. all-around a poorly managed location; with staff that is getting paid too little to care about your order. this location is the poster child for why minimum wage workers deserve more.
I pulled in and waited approximately 10 minutes to get to the order screen, just to be told they weren’t taking credit cards, they were only taking cash. I don’t carry cash so I was stuck waiting another 15 minutes for all of the cars in front of me to make it through the line. Due to the configuration of the curb, there’s no getting out of line once you’re in. Someone should’ve had the courtesy to make a sign at the beginning of the entrance explaining only cash would be accepted. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this place has earned it, and today was the last straw. Between extremely slow/rude staff I’ve encountered at this location in the past, and today’s encounter, whoever runs this location should be embarrassed. However, based on all of the poor reviews, and the fact that nothing ever improves, it appears that ownership/management doesn’t care.
There seems to be a minimum nasty hair and skin grease level and maximum IQ to be employed here. Grateful to be picking up a delivery order and not my own food from this location. 0/10 would NOT recommend just based on watching them "work" (I use the term quite loosely) and handle the food and equipment.
I had a huge order and they were fast, friendly and courteous. I had to feed 20 people (7 party packs) and they got it finished in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this Taco Bell to anyone!
You cannot go inside to order. The staff is quick talking and short when taking orders. You want this? 5.50 pull up. My order isn't correct about 70 percent of the time. These people are playing games and don't actually care about the customers. The worst fast food experience around and it's definitely not worth the diarrhea.
Been here a couple times, I'm not from the area and was craving some t-bell. This taco bell is quite different from the one in my home town because at this location they don't serve breakfast, they open after breakfast hours are done, they don't have all the 5 dollar box options you'd find at other tacobell locations, very strange. They completely forgot about our drinks, and the wait time is longer than usual. This tacobell is just different, and not in a good way. Giving it two stars because the food taste as it should.
ZERO STARS. These people cant ever get anything right. There doors are ALWAYS locked. So if you place an order online for in store pick-up, you have to sit in line for a whole hour! I have NEVER had quick or great service here.
Please hire people that knows how to read and count. I ordered a big order and understood the first time that mistakes happen the second time once. i told her that I still had 3 more items and they came back with 1 of them and then tried saying that was all I went through this one more time she took my receipt and didn't give it back...I cut the loss..I will not return and if you want your food made right and everything you ordered don't go here.
These aholes need to dry up and blow away. Drive thru hospitality sucks.They will close at ten or whatever hour it is and make everyone back out of their curbed curved drive through hungry and angry. Instead of placing a cone behind the last car in line at 10pm. To dumb for that idea.Screw you Taco trash. Your pop taste like metal.
