Only putting two stars because the donuts are amazing. Came in while Taylor, Jazmin, and Morgann were working. We walked in and we were the only customers. No one in drive though or inside besides us. Tried to say hello to everyone as we walked in and no one responded. Don’t know which one was taking our order, some girl with dyed blonde hair. Didn’t offer a smile at all, not even a fake one. Had a dirty look on her face the whole time. The only time she spoke was to tell us our total. I’ve been visiting sweetwaters everytime I’ve visited Michigan since I was a kid. This was the worst experience I’ve had.
Our donuts were delicious! My husband did get an apple fritter and it was pretty burnt, but other than that it was good. The people were very nice.
Donuts here are excellent and always fully stocked. Stopped in later in the day and had the full selection of donuts to choose from.
5 * donuts, service, & cleanliness.1* coffee.0* hot chocolate - don't even bother. I've had rest stop vending hot chocolate that was better than this.

It’s worth going a bit out of your way for a fantastic donut. I’m not sure what kind of pixie dust they sprinkle on these confections, but they are magical. And the prices are just about right. We got a strawberry fritter for our daughter that was about the size of her head. It will last us all week! The staff was incredibly friendly and they had plenty of them (unusual in a COVID world). The only downside is that the coffee is just mediocre.
Not only do you get top tier donuts. You get top tier customer service! The science teacher, was such a joy and sweet lady! The whole visit, was awesome!

Hands down best doughnuts ever. Creative flavors mixed in with everyday favorites. Apple fritters and cinnamon rolls the size of dinner plates. I drive a long way just for these doughnuts.
