Really good subway. Nice staff, good food.Clean quiet environment. This is right in my neighborhood of Westwood.Seems family owned, its a local owned franchise obviously as Subway owns no restaurants themselves.I'm glad this business is available to me!
Genuinely the nicest subway I’ve been to. The workers are always super friendly and have always done an awesome job. I love subways and almost never have a bad experience, but this one takes the cake for the best one I’ve been to.
This location is under new management as of this week. The new owners are very nice so be patient with them. Service was fast & veggies fresh. My steak & cheese sub was tasty.
Usually only take deliveries from here through doordash but the food is always done when I get there and the staff is very nice

The service person was very courteous, and did a good job waiting on me. I didn't like the the way their wings were prepared. They definitely wouldn't be my first choice!!!
Didn't wash her hands. whenever she put the gloves on. She coughed into her hands. Grabbed my change. Then proceeded to make someone else's sub putting on gloves. Without washing her hands.
Very very awkward and anti social workers. Actually refused to give mayo on the side. Not sure why Subway wouldn't allow this but If you want a smile..you won't get it here. Workers stare at you and uncomfortably long like pushing you to order even being the only person in store which I completely understand. 2nd time here and will drive farther next time to a different location.Femake employee actually looked scared being there and guy was not friendly at all one but. Definitely felt Luke we were not welcome there. Not a good environment or a place that values customers and in this new world that's not a good way to conduct business. Was looking for a plus throughout ty he experience but could not find one reason for giving them my business a 3rd different time. Jimmy John's people are a million times nicer and smile and make you feel welcome. These people are not customer friendly in the least. Felt like walking into Baghdad.
