Very nice Starbucks, but music was obnoxiously loud. Moved away from the speakers as much as possible, but could feel the vibration of the music and still hear it, even while listening to my own music with earbuds in.
Great service nice people good environment but the most expensive cup of coffee I purchased.
I regularly use the mobile app and walking to the store to pick up my order. It's been a few times now and I've walked up to the door that's been locked because he didn't have enough staff. I completely understand the staffing issues but they should at least try to turn off the option on the app so I don't put in the order. I've missed out on two orders now because I can't wait in line and had to leave.
Slightly long drive through. Besides that I got my coffee in under 10 minutes. Their workers have a very steady workpace. Very efficient. Wish all Starbucks were like that
Something was wrong today with this one lady. Perhaps customer service isn't what she should be doing or perhaps it was a bad day, either way, horrible staff service. Recommend going to a different location.
Disgusted bathroom. Clearly it was not cleaned at close or in the morning. I was there from 7:50am-9:45am on Friday 12.10. I went to the restroom before I left and there was no soap and I used the last of the tiny bit of toilet paper there. No soap means employees are not washing their hands properly. Management should be accountable especially with Covid.I made sure to let the person at the counter know. She seemed pretty embarrassed, as they should be. Hopefully they tended to it immediately.
Pick up is usually on time. Convenient location for me. Parking lot and exiting is messy. Over all a decent store.
Stopped en-route to Chicago for a quick snack & coffee. We spotted a fly in their snack display and pointed that out to the staff. But, the staff just shrugged it off saying that's not what they 'serve' their clients. This was rather insensitive comment and when I insisted, they repeated the same line.
Lukewarm cappuccino with missing quantity? when politely enquired about that, all I got was an eye roll and major attitude from the drive thru Starbucks employee. What a rip off!
I truly love this store by my house. They all are so friendly, they always greet their customers with a friendly and beautiful smile. Plus you don't wait in the drive thru line for so long. Plus if your drink or coffee not what you want. They show generous kindness even with a smile to correct your order, or give you another drink to sati6 their customer. Thank you
