Don't expect anything. I ordered an Italian roast pour over, like I always do, and was told no. They were offering a Cafe Verona as a dark roast (also a pour over since they didn't have it brewed) but NO Italian roast, "since they didn't have a bag open". I order this at every Starbucks, regardless of what bags they have open, and have only been turned down once, and that was at a SB in a grocery store.
First time here order coffee the cashier said she will bring it to me cause they had to make some had a whole meeting coffee was never brought too me as I was leaving I see a cup on the counter I guess it was mine I just left it's not like she forgot I was the only black person in there when I ordered and when I left WOW
Very kind and helpful employee's, got a great drink out of the mix as well as a very nice environment.
Staff is hustling and helpful... Many other coffee options in Kalamazoo that will offer a better flavor/experience.It is Starbucks. You know what you are getting.
I LOVE Starbucks, but they didn't put the Carmel in my Carmel Macchiato and unfortunately didn't have a drink until I was on the expressway unable to turn around. I called and they just apologized- not even offered a new drink next visit etc. ?
Starbucks has not disappointed me when I stop in or drive thru various stores while being out of town. This location on Stadium drive and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating with exceptional professionalism and integrity...not sure the problems from other reviews yet exceeded expectations. My order was made to perfection as always. Highly Recommended.

I get you are short staffed. But not allowing mobile order people to come in and pick up is wrong. Already ordered so can’t get a refund. So have to wait in long drive through line. To have the guy two cars in front of me watch him bring my drink back to then have you give me the drink that already went out the window. And now it’s cold.
The store decides so randomly when to open for Dine-in and when to close. It is 5:30pm on Saturday, and the store is closing not even letting people walk in to grab their drink. Now I have to wait for 5 min in a long line to grab my drink which will be cold by the time I reach the window. Let alone the number of times I have to repeat myself saying out loud my name so the starbucks employee can get my name right via the drive through machine. The store also officially closes at 9pm, last Monday they decided to close the door at 8pm literally as I got out of my car to get to the store!
Coffee is good. Prepare to wait both inside and in drive thru.
