I had read about this restaurant and was very excited to try it.Went there for lunch with a friend and they were very busy. Had difficulty finding a parking spot.Not sure why, but they had one waitress and one cook for the entire restaurant.While we were not the last to arrive, we were the last to be served (and leave).Waited almost an hour for our foodSome patrons, I assume regulars, were going to the service window and picking up their own food because the waitress was so busy.Some people were bussing their own table.I would have given another star if the food was outstanding, but it wasn't.It was just okay. Not terrible, but nothing to write home about either.They say you have one chance to make a first impression. This one was not good.Too bad because I think there's potential here, just not realized on our visit.
Terrible customer service and extremely slow. Food quality was very poor as well. Their breakfast is nothing to brag about and their lunches are even worse. Total waste of time and money. I'll won't be returning or recommending to a friend. Much better places that are local to get a good meal.
I enjoyed my first visit. The food was excellent and the service was prompt. Always wanted to try it as pass by alot. Glad I did and will be returning. My Omelet was great!
Freaking awesome breakfast joint. The ladies there are dope too. Nice friendly environment. Usually if the food is great the place isn't that clean. Not this place spotless and the food was amazing. I'm hungry now just thinking about it.
Clean, and cozy restaurant. Waitress was pleasant and prompt. The food was tasty and fresh.No beef/turkey options for bacon or sausage for breakfast meals.
We had good service and a good breakfast.I personally didn't like the syrup. It was a cinnamon maple syrup and was super super sticky. I would think if I had a choice, regular would be best for me.
Good food, adequate service.Went on a Sunday morning, busy as one would expect. We were not greeted when we entered, and it was several minutes before one of the waitresses spoke to us. They seemed very flustered - either understaffed or just in a mood to my eye.Took several minutes for our water/coffee to come to our table. Brought by a different waitress. Was given ‘coffee’ that was actually tea. So we’re other tables. Was corrected for free.Food was very good, especially the sausage. Large portions too.
Excellent food and ther service was incredible! It's nice when you walk in and the specials are right there. And I LOVE how the sign says be happy or bye! I couldn't agree more.
Great food ?and the service was excellent also but the only complaint I have is that it took way too long to get our food.
Great staff, incredibly friendly and courteous. Food is good and plentiful. Mallory was fantastic. If I ever come back to Kalamazoo, I'll stop in.
