TERRIBLE customer service and rudeness exhibited on 2/8/22 via telephone. I’ve been a regular customer since moving to Kalamazoo last year, but will definitely opt out of spending another dime at this establishment and would encourage others to do the same.Courtesy and respect goes a long way.
Awesome food,and the portions are huge. In my opinion, Rice kitchen is about number one.
I work in Kalamazoo and occasionally order from this restaurant. They are always on time and reasonably priced and today I probably had the best damn egg roll i have ever had in my life.
