Usually I would have no problem giving five stars for this location but this evening put a damper on that.. my boyfriend and I got bowls steak and chicken, our usual go to. Sadly this time all his steak was raw and mine was raw in some pieces and both unsure with the chicken.. both are sick to our stomachs after what would normally be a good dinner.. super disappointed this time around. Plus younger adults working seemed as if they didn’t want to be there. Will eventually try it out again but after tonight won’t be for awhile..
4/14 Thursday at 7 pm. Super busy three employee working the food line and one employee the dining room talking to customers like the store wasn’t busy. That employee that wasn’t doing much sadly looked like she had a bad habit (tweaker) and if I managed that store she’d be the first to go! That isn’t what you want your customers to see. Got food to go and it was cold!
I went here today and waited 20-25 min. For a poorly made burrito. A line was formed when i walked in and the manager was just sitting at one of the tables eating and nobody was at the counter for a few minutes. The kid working the counter had a bad attitude and kept making to go orders while i had to wait. They also had some false advertising going on or at the very least i was lied to because they didn't want to make any more of what i asked for. Won't be going to this Qdoba again.
This place is no longer reliable. The ingredients are rarely all ready to go, so you don't get what you came for. Staff is always arguing. My last two orders have been switched with someone else's. Really disappointed, won't be back to gull road location till there is a change in staff.
First time at one of these and the dining area was dirty and food was not very good. Sorry to be a downer but was a waste of money.
Dirty, dirty, dirty. I got the feeling that the dining area and restrooms haven't been cleaned since opening day. My bet is that the kitchen is a text book example of a major health code violation.
Chips were stale. Food not flavorful. Portion size was small.Won't be back to this one!I'll stick with the Drake Rd. store (near Stadium Dr.)Or the one at at Westnage & Whites Rd.I've never got gross food from either of the above.
This is our favorite Qdoba location in Michigan. The food is always fresh & prepared as requested. You can create a combination to suit your needs. My husband can't eat gluten or dairy, which is no problem at Qdoba. The staff is friendly & helpful. They suggested that I try the Lime Vinaigrette, and it was delicious. This is a popular place at meal times, but you can order ahead.
It has gone down hill here. I got a chicken burrito, and the woman who made it threw it on, and it all rolled off onto the floor. Did she add more? NOPE! That was the saddest burrito I've ever had here. I'm really glad I paid 13 for a lettus bean burrito. What a joke.
Not great customer service. The place was a ghost town and yet the people standing around couldn’t take our order. They insisted we order online instead. While standing there, doing nothing.
