This Qdoba always has great food but they really need to get it together and be open for the posted hours of operation. They have been closed 4 times in the past 2 weeks. It is very bad for business because now I will not even chance stopping there, I just go to a different one
Came in around 4, no one was in line.I peered at the menu momentarily, and then approached the counter and stood there as 4 workers who granted were occupied with various other tasks failed to even acknowledge my existence for the next 5 minutes so I left. Also as I walked away the workers clearly made gestures and statements that were directed towards me leaving. Very unprofessional. So for future references maybe at least greet people or let them know your occupied with more important tasks
Extremely rude and disrespectful. All staff in there was laughing at the fact I asked for chips that used to come with the meal. Apparently now it doesn't, which is fine. But no need to laugh at me and be rude about it. The guy making my food was extremely rude when asking what all I wanted. Will not return. Very disappointed.
I love Qdoba's delicious vegan options but last time we were there(March 24th) it was just ok. Guacamole was strangely sweet and had large chuncks of unmashed avocado. There also wasn't much Impossible "meat" in our dishes which was disappointing, especially considering it's your most expensive option.
The employees are HORRIBLE and rude. They can’t make an online order correct to save their lives. Not only that but even when you go into the restaurant to order they won’t take your order at 8:20pm when the sign they have says “online orders only after 8:30pm”. Specifically talking about the girl with the bandaid on her nose that her co worker says her name is “Ari”. Couldn’t have been more rude to my wife. I highly recommend staying far far away from this location and sticking to either the west main location or westnedge location. These other two locations at least care about business, making money and taking care of their customers.
stopped tonight for food, the manager was the only one keeping this place running. the man at the start of the line had a nasty look on his face, headphones in and once he put the hot food in the bowl he just stood back and let the orders pile up. the woman who was managing was so sweet even though she was obviously stressed as no one was offering to help her expedite the orders. i’ve worked fast food and i know how much it can suck, but at least help your team out!
I stopped at this location tonight with one of my employees to grab something before they closed. Online says they close at 10pm and we arrived at 9:43pm, Open sign out front was on. Went to the front door and it was locked, seen the 2 employees inside, a male and a female giggling and smirking. From my understanding if you're open until 10 then that means the business is open until 10, not shutting down early and leaving at 10. I get its almost closing time and employees are ready to leave but the doors should remain open until the actual time of close. Another reason I am glad I don't live here.
big shoutout to the young dude at working the board jahari ? bro hooked it up good made my tacos right and had a great attitude he deserve a free taco
Great staff
Food is always good and sitting area is nice. Brought a birthday party of a few young kids in there. Staff was great. Cashier gave us employee discount for kiddos birthday on entire meal. Much appreciated.
