The food was very tasty and substantial, but the you do pay for it.Roughly $ 10 for a Cholula hot and sweet chicken bowl.The young lady behind the counter doing the food prep was very pleasant and another fellow was temping the different areas if the condiments and recording it, which I appreciate.I would have given another star, but the floor in the dining room was sticky and that's just gross.
Ordered the hot bar online for 10 and for the second time now the order was not passed on from the manager. Staff managed to pull our order together and the food was good but our guests at home ended up waiting an hour. Dining room was filthy and no manager was on site. Won't be back to this site when other locations are clean and offer better service.
Absolutely disgusting!!! Can't express that enough! Absolutely lazy dirty messy not wanting to be there attitude. Literally other messes on my burrito foil. And when I asked them to clean their station they told me to get out. Absolutely disgusting and lucky the fat ape didn't eat my burrito for telling me to get out. This was at 8:20pm 6/14/2022
The service was much better from the previous time I was in. Both times though the folks behind the counter were friendly and accommodating, its just that this visit was a bit more streamlined. I know its tough to find good help that will show up, be there on time, and also do a good job Employees, are only as good as the leaders they have in front of them and working beside them. The food is always solid at Qdoba.
Had a great experience with the young man working the counter on 5/14. He had a good attitude, was friendly, courteous and very polite! It was customer service like I haven't seen in a long time in a lot of traveling. The food was good, too, as usual. Sad that we don't have a Qdoba locally, but sure glad I can stop by on a trip! Thanks for the quality of food and especially personnel! Wish I had his name to say thanks, again!
There was only two people in front of me but it still took several minutes to get served. The worst part is I had 5 items being prepared. The person in front of me made a last minute add of a bowl. They had used the last of the white rice on my bowl. They than proceeded to give my bowl to the person in front of me saying he was here first. Meanwhile I had to wait several minutes for rice while the rest of the food I ordered sat there getting ice cold. I refuse to go back to this location with such lack of organization and decorum handling something like this.
Get some help and organization skills. Use to be great but now your in serious failure. You have to be able to serve customers inside in line and not start doing on line pick up. If you can't hire help then eliminate inside and just have pick up. TIME FOR A GOOD WORKING MANAGER!

Great chain but horrible location. One group in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get served. The prep area was messy and disorganized. People were kind of rude and did not communicate well.
