Chicken Bowl rocks!! The staff was engaging and efficient. The food is always delicous and consistent. Recommended!!
I came here to eat with a friend. My friend wanted a veggie bowl. I told the lady at the counter what I wanted. She started making it then told me they were out of veggies...they told me the people didn't prep any from the night before so I left. How long can it take to saute some peppers on the grill? I've been coming here pretty often but recently the portions are very small and the chicken tastes burned. I will take my business to chipotle from now on. I won't be back!
This is not a friendly environment, I have gone in to order food and a worker names kenzie was unbelievable rude and was too distracted to do her job because she was flirting with her co worker a tall white guy. Luckily a women named kammi was on it and got me my food fast and apologized for be me disregarded by her co workers. This place needs new management.
I got fired for not coming in on a day I was supposed to be off. Court ordered and since we are short staffed they scheduled me anyways and said I have to or fired. The nangers there are AWFUL. they sit there and smile in your face but talk bad about people like their **** don't stink. They do this to employees AND customers. Qnd wonder why nobody wants to work there.. we lost alot of our staff because of management issues!!! If they could get good management then maybe people would want to work there.!!BTW food is never 'fresh' it gets cooked at like 8 am and sits in a hot box all day until they run out then cook more. If they have extras it gets put into a bag overnight and used next morning. They aren't very clean. Cross contamination is unbelieve here. It's ridiculous just do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money on this dump.
There was hair in my food and they refused to do anything about it. Not even an apology!The manager with the dreads is ignorant and rude. Instead of trying to accommodate me in some way he was in there complaining about how they were running out of food and he was about to close because he wasn’t cooking. Like why are you even a manger
Waited 10 mins to even be acknowledged by staff only to be told that they were out of every option besides ground beef and pork. I’ve had less than great experiences here before and can confidently say this is the last time I’ll be going to this location and quite possibly any Qdoba in future.

Prepare for disappointment. Out of almost all major menu items every time I've gone here. Small portions for the money. Employees vaping in the restaurant. Terrible/basically no customer service in all the Kalamazoo/portage locations.
One of our favorite fast food restaurants. Qdoba is a healthier choice than many other fast food establishments.
We eat at Qdoba pretty often and the food is usually really good. This location seems to be having major staffing issues. Poor customer service, dried out beans, several options weren't available all while staff were sitting down eating on the floor.Covid has definitely caused a lot of issues from staffing to product. I just wanted to bring this to managements attention before guests stop going, it's nice having a location close to downtown.
