Thank goodness the dinning room is open ?? sadly doesn't help with the wait time. As a driver for DoorDash my orders are placed ahead of time but when I looked up and it was almost 40 minutes I knew something was off. The cashier hadn't started my order. Thankfully there was a shift change and Maya found my order printed it out and made sure I got out of there. Thank you so much for doing your job and caring for others time. It wasn't just me, she clocked in and immediately started to get things done. Thank you
I swiped my credit card at 11:37am. It is now 12:10pm and I just got my food. All I ordered was a spicy chicken sandwich and a side of fries. Not worth the 20 minute wait.
We went once a long time ago and hadn’t given it another chance until today, the two experiences were like night and day!! The inside is super clean now, food is hot & fresh and packaged well, generous sizes and super friendly staff. Keep it up ?
2nd visit in a month - Trademark mild & spicy chicken sandwiches were served hot, fast & tasted great. Macaroni and cheese was hot, creamy and flavorful. Give these new owners and staff a try as they are doing a good job!
Not worth the money. There appears to have been some significant staff changes at this location. The speed at which an order is received is much improved; however, portion sizes are down. Last visit, I thought it was a fluke. Today, it was the same. The sandwiches are much smaller (they are mostly bun now rather than chicken), and you are lucky to get a side container that is filled more than 2/3 full. Don't waste your money - I certainly won't again.
I love pop eyes the actual fried chicken is hit or miss sometimes it's perfect and other times it's dry. The flavor is always there. Everything else is absolutely amazing. I think its more when they're hectic it gets dry alot of times theres a line out the driveway and down the block. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 starts is because of the hit or miss
First time with husband trying Popeyes. We both got the fried chicken sandwiches with cajon fries. It was so delicious and plenty to eat. The service was great. We were greeted with a friendly smile. We look forward to eating here again. My only complaint is that the lobby was closed, so we ate in our car.
I love Popeyes, but this is not at the top of their list. They don't have the food on the menu. Every time I go, their menu is very limited. Not, pop, no fries tonight, no mashed potpies today, no chicken wings tomorrow, get it together!
Bunch of hood ?. One of them lied about the availability of certain items on the menu , to avoid ringing it up. They are lazy, unsanitary and attitudinal. Will never go to that location again.
*posting for my father in law* there is nothing you could do to improve the scam the have going on this joint, it was incredible I am 54 years Olds and never seen any thing even close,I person think they should work at nasa
