I love their pizza and the Fudge Brownies. However I think they are having some problems with their people. Normally they are very fast and the food is great. Today they gave me the wrong crust on my pizza. I'm a bit disappointed.

Dining room was closed, “drIVe ThROuGh oNLy” was scribbled on a piece of paper on the door. Went to the drive through where a short man was sitting on a stool with his back to the window, knocked on the window several times and got ignored. From McDonald’s we watched countless other potential customers get declined service.

Will never order again, picture shows taco pizza with lettuce, tomato and onions, we got a few pieces of lettuce and no tomatoes, sorry west main pizza hut, you lost another good customer.

Food was extremely cold. I don’t mind waiting but when you’re waiting over an hour and the food is ice cold that’s a problem. Charged for sauces I didn’t receive and was given the wrong dressing for my salad!

I don’t believe it’s a professional business if they can’t follow posted hours of operations given by the company itself. Do not order here unless you want to show up to a closed business

It should be Square cut like I asked for in "Special Instructions". Ingredients seemed fresh enough, but the overall taste was boring as heck and I don't think that I will return here.

I'm tryi to get ahold of the cooperative the manger was rude and wouldn't place my food and hang up the phone on me and it take three days for someone to answer the phone

Went there, was told there was no order for the name. even checked the phone number. So naturally we thought it was our mistake. We drive 7 miles to the next pizza hut. We get to the other one, and were told the same thing. Then I check the confirmation to double check on my end. It said it was this Pizza Hut, the first one we went to. I called them, and they say "yeah sure we have that order right here ready to be picked up". They didn't apologize on the phone for their mistake. So already upset because they made us drive an extra 10-15 miles for a mistake on their end. Get back to the pizza hut, tell them the situation, they don't say anything about it. They don't apologize. They hand us the receipt to sign, then the pizza. That's it. What a disgrace to customer service? First, the least you could do is apologize. You had two opportunities and didn't either time. On an issue that was 100% on you. Second, zero compensation? No 20% off for your hassle, no free bread sticks, no coupon for something in the future. Extremely disappointed and hope different management fixes this because this one isn't doing their job.

Placed an order at 5:33 PM and it is currently 7:49 PM. The estimated time on delivery was 45 minutes... If the store was back up on orders or short staffed then the estimated time should have reflected this when I placed my order. To add to this I have called just wanting an update on my order but nobody picks up.

Pizza Hut was pretty good, we have ordered their several times when there were other options.
