Pizza was an hour late the door dash driver waited in the store for 20 minutes even before delivering my order. My pizza was ice cold by the time it got to my house. One pizza was made wrong. So, I called to complain and try to get my order fixed. I was connected with a calling service though Texas not the store itself. I asked to speak to a manager with the calling service and get sent to a voice mail that has not been set up. So you drive to the store to find a very rude manager who won't come out of her office and two lovely and helpful cashiers who are trying to fix the situation but can't due to their status as employees. Pizza hut has lost my business!
I ordered the pizza online and it took seven or eight tries to do it before I could get it ordered. My husband went to pick it up and they dropped the cookie so he had to wait for them to make another one. When he got home with the pizza and the cookie the pizza was warmish and very soggy and nasty. The cookie had been overcooked and was not cut.
Place an online order for wings and 2 pizzas without sauce. Delivery was fast and guy was nice but i noticed once the driver was gone both pizzas had sauce. I called the store I had placed the order and explained what happened to the girl. She kept denying I ordered no sauce. I even told her I had the email showing I ordered no sauce. Finally I just ordered 2 more pizzas without sauce. I drove to the store and showed the girl the email. She barely looked at my phone and acted not interested at all. So to top it off I paid for 2 new pizzas because of their mistake. Plus burned my own gas to get the new pizzas. She didnt offer replacements refund discount or anything. She didnt even apologize. Later on my husband called up to the store and she hung up on him. I will never order pizza from them again. I am so disgusted!
Usually great food and it’s pretty quick. We’ve had a few situations with this location, but they went above and beyond to correct it. Contactless pick up at the drive thru is a bonus
I called to a order a pizza and the girl who picked up the phone didn’t take me seriously so she hung up. So I called again on a different phone thinking the connection got lost, but she told me that she had my number and would call the cops, after I told her I was new to the area. I can’t believe u teach ur employees to be so rude and threatening. I guess I’ll stick to Mancinos…
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HEREThe woman taking my order had an attitude couldn’t tell me anything about the menu I ordered 1 large pizza and it never came when I called back and brought up the order everybody got quiet I asked for a refund they said I have to call back tomorrow WE’LL SEE HOW THAT GOES ![UPDATE]The pizza was outside the whole time they never called I waited an hour from when I ordered it before calling about the pizza they took another 50 minutes to deliver a remake when I called back on a later day when the manager is in for my refund she told me she isn’t giving me a refund because they “resolved” the issue by sending a remake but the remake had an mushroom on it NICE JOB PIZZA HUT !
I ordered pizza from the Gull Road Pizza Hu in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The pizza was great. It was hot when i got it home, it had loads of toppings on it and it was tasty.
Pizza and crust were stale and hard. Bad dough? Overcooked? I dunno. I used to eat from this Pizza Hut but their quality in product has gone down. Thought things might have improved but I literally was able to use it to hammer a nail into a wall to hang a picture frame. Chicken wings were okay and the delivery person was prompt and friendly but I'll stick to Hungry Howies, so should you
I ordered a Taste master with Bacon, Pepperoni, and Mushroom. .. The top of the pizza was kinda crispy(burned) and by time it had arrived it was barely warm at best and much like rubber. I was extremely disappointed to say the least.
For one thing deliver the order to the right address. I placed an order for my.mother said to have it delivered to her address. I checked the address 3 times to make sure it was correct however the driver delivered the order to my house. I live in comstock and she lives in parchment. If that was the case I would have picked it up and not paid the delivery fee. I had to deliver her food and of course it was cold because when it was delivered to my house we were not home.
