For some reason every time I do a delivery from here, and the customer said they tipped in-app, the tip shows $0. I did some research on why this happens and found out that your employees are able to steal the tips meant for drivers because the customer ordered through your website and you routed the delivery to doordash, but kept the tip that wasn't meant for you. If I could sue, I would. What a terrible practice.
Made an online order about an hour before close. Apparently was supposed to be delivered by DoorDash. At the time the order was supposed to be delivered, after saying it was out for delivery, the order was canceled for absolutely no reason. Screw everyone that works there.
Pizza was ok but the pan pizza crust wasn't the same. I don't know if they just didn't cook it long enough or pizza hut changed the crust recipe.
Ordered food 2/17/22. Only received 5 potato bites instead of 15. I believe it is the door dash person who delivers the food. My orders are usually correct but I don't like that random people are bringing me food when it could be pizza hut employees and not homeless looking people.
My pizzas had slid over in the box pretty badly and were smashed on one side. Also, the pan pizzas should have been cooked a bit longer. Normally I like this Pizza Hut but today was not a great experience.
This delivery was fantastic. Under an hour, hot food, prepped correctly other than not quite enough sauce on extra sauce pizza. Driver was nice. Great job.
On 1/17/2022, my wife ordered a pizza and chicken wings from Pizza Hut at 4438 South Westnedge. The delivery person showed up and left the order on the porch without making contact with us. The delivery person not only left our order out on our porch but during the time when the temperature was below freezing. The temperature was 28 degrees at the time. To add insult to injury, the delivery person failed to bring the ordered pizza. When we called to get it corrected, the female employee only said Doorbash was the delivery person. She never said she would correct it but said Pizza Hut would send us a letter of credit. Service was very poor.
you were fine. I was told long ago to never give 100 percent. That way they will never slack off, They will try hard each and every time. The delivery gent seemed like a very kind young man. Thank you.
Rather than ringing my doorbell to notify me my order had arrived, we discovered our near frozen items simply left on my front stoop when my son opened front door to leave the house. This is unacceptable. Though I expected contactless delivery., no notification via a doorbell ring appears excessive and unreasonable.
I ordered my pizza for delivery. After I submitted my order then it noted by me that there was a 2-hour wait before my pizza would arrive. I called up the store and found out it was 25 minutes if I picked it up. The time should be there before I place the order. If I had known it was going to be 2 hours for a delivery, I would have never placed the order. I would have ordered from somewhere else. I did not want to drive that night.
