This place use to be really good but now it’s just garbage. Every time we order curb side we end up having to go in, every time we order Xtra toppings we literally get less than what we would had gotten if we didn’t order Xtra. The short black girl there is rude and clueless. The fact that she knows absolutely nothing is beyond me. The staff are always playing instead of actually working. One time I ordered chicken and pineapple pizza instead of her saying we’re out of chicken she decided to put all pineapples and literally two pieces of chicken on my pizza. However I received a refund but still to pay all that money and the food is terrible, This by far is my last time spending money here.
Absolutely ridiculous, the quality of pizza hut just seems to just keep getting worse. Did a birthday surprise dinner for my son and received cold, undercooked, minimal toppings even though I paid extra for extra toppings to ensure the toppings would be excellent.. very little sauce.. so tired of spending 30- 50 dollars on food that just gets wasted. Let's hope pizza hut corrects this mess or our days at least are done with pizza hut! Ruined the whole evening!

Sometimes you just crave pizza hut and this location didn't disappoint. It actually never disappoints, well, at least not at lunch when I go. The guy that works there has been a beast during the entire pandemic. They are hiring by the way.
I placed an order for delivery on their app. It got transferred to being a Doordash delivery. My dasher texted me stating that they arrived at the location and was told it had been canceled. I hadnt canceled it or been notified that it would be canceled. I called pizza hut, was supposedly transferred twice and the second time sent to voicemail. This is not the first time they've canceled an order without notifying me that they had. Absolutely atrocious service.

Make orders how they are ordered. Ordered spicy lovers with pepperoni and bacon. Lacked on pepperoni and bacon and had no ingredients for spicy lovers on pizza
I never received my order. I ordered at 202pm eastern time, and of right now (741pm) have not received. No phone call by pizza hut reaching out to me. I called at 640pm, and they said it was on its way. Very disappointed with sevice.
The pizza was ready when we got there to pick it up, the restaurant was clean, the man at the register was friendly. The Cinnabon rolls weren’t very good but I don’t think that is a reflection of the staff or restaurant.
