Where do I start? I had issues with this location from the get go. I ordered delivery. My order came about 40 minutes later when I ordered. That was the only positive. Even though the driver picked up and go it here in less than 10 minutes, all of it was cold. Both drinks I ordered had so much ice in them and were both extremely watered down. One of our bread bowls were not even cut. We did not receive any silverware and had to get the silverware from the hotel we are staying at. Not a fan
Taylor did us a solid! An order we put in yesterday for today had not gone through, so there I was at 7:15 AM (actually got there early) to pick up the food and coffee, but no one could find it in the system. They offered to make it for me right then and were able to get it together in time for me to bring it to the event without delay! Taylor even went the extra mile, making my life so much easier and I can't thank her enough!
After I mentioned my dietary restrictions, and stated I usually don't eat out, but I was on my way to my Mom's memorial service and forgot to eat before I left home, one of the managers paid for my meal after helping me figure out a breakfast sandwich I could eat. The steak and egg sandwich with no cheese was fantastic. It was just a really great experience considering where I was going. Thank you.
Taylor did us a solid! I arrived before 7:15 (when our order was supposed to be ready), only to discover that no one could find it in the system—someone on our end probably made an error. They made up our catering order on the spot and I still got the refreshments to the event on time. The extra effort Taylor made has to go unnamed—but not unnoticed! She really made my day easier by saving it. Everyone was so friendly about the mishap. Thank you!
Got a delivery through door dash and I got moldy strawberries in my inedible fruit salad. Gross. Door dash took care of me but like come on guys that's nasty. There's no expiration date on this either which seem sketchy.
I waited over half an hour for a sandwich, chips, a cookie, and a drink. I used to love this place when I was little, it was so cozy and homey. I talked to the manager when I noticed that people that had ordered after me, and also had more food than mine, got theirs first. The manager was very rude and didn't even apologize. I work in a restaurant and I have never seen anything like that. Even if it does happen our staff discounts or gives a free dessert for that order, no questions asked, it’s automatic. When I went to check in the bag, a part of my order was missing. I then got it but it was irritating that I waited that long for it and didn’t even get the correct order. I hated to be so upfront with the manager who was obviously trying to do other things. Every staff member looked like they had been working over 12 hours every day of the week, and it was also really dirty inside. It was awful, will probably never go there again.
Great place to go and get some good food and relax for a while. It’s a cafe type setting, so feel free to bring a book or your laptop and sit down for a while. Ordering is easy at the counter, at the self-kiosk, or even on their app.
Walked in, no one was at order counter. Lady said it would be at least a 20 minute wait. I of course turned around and left. But what if I only wanted a baked item like a Cinnamon roll. Would that have been 30 minutes? Last time I was in the managers both seemed to be arguing. This Panera doesn't seem Managed well.
May be this was a bad experience, however as I'm trying to order my food, the teenager would not even let me finish my sentence, before she started rambling off about, add this and add that for 1,2 dollars more. I did not even decide on the soup yet, let alone the condiments on my half a sandwich. Also my buzzer went off , so I go grab the order along with 4 other people, the lady behind the counter says " no orders are ready, we'll buzz you when it is" all of us looking puzzled and I ask. My buzzer just went off, she then states that " they always do that, it's an issue". Well........... fix the issue.
I asked for their garlic sauce instead of the pizza sauce wasn’t hard to do got it the other day instead today they say we can’t do that and give me the sauce to use as dip unreal customers come first won’t see my face here again
