Officially done...Five years ago I was a big fan of this Noodles location. Close to my office, good food at a decent price so went there once every week or two. Since covid, they are brutal. Prices skyrocketed and food portions and quality are terrible.Gave em one last shot today and my bowl of noodles wasn't even half full and it looks like someone already ate it and spit it back into the bowl. Also, $3.85 for a fountain drink???
This location isn't good. I've been here 3 times because I thought I was getting them on bad days. They don't give you the normal amount of noodles or toppings. I've told them this twice and was told they wanted to make it right with free noodles...never received that.Also please remember to ask for Receipt if you order in person because they overcharged me almost $10.Pictured is "penne Rosa feta + parmesan"
I ordered the mac and cheese with parm chicken as a quick pick up. When I got it, I realized they forgot to put the chicken on. I went back in and told them what happened. They said they would get me a side of the chicken. I waited patiently and the gentleman cooking, made me a whole new mac and cheese bowl with the parm chicken! I am so grateful and thankful!!! It made my day! I went in just wanting my little side of chicken they had forgotten and I got 2 dinners for myself. Going above and beyond! I truly appreciate it! God bless ❤
Unfortunately one of the worst places for fast food in the Kalamazoo area. The employees always seem sad and never want to be there. It often takes several minutes before an employee will acknowledge you. And the store is often dirty on the floor. Hope they can get it together in the future. I'd recommend Fazolis over this currently, and Fazolis isnt great either. But the employees are nicer there
Great customer service! Ben was able to modify my order for me because I'm on a special diet for surgery. He made everything easy and was very nice about it. Order was fresh and accurate! Thank you!
I'll never darken this door again. The menu shows a dish with meat and a price but when you order that dish they ask what meat you want on it and that it's a $4 upcharge. I asked the millennial drone behind the counter why there is an additional charge when the picture clearly shows the dish with meat....crickets.
This location always messes up my order and then they offer gift cards that they never send. I just got a Wisconsin Mac and there was a hair in it. I don’t know why they don’t wear hair nets or gloves when they are always reaching over the food. I didn’t bother to call because I already know they won’t do anything to accommodate me per usual.
The young lady waiting on me was not very happy to be at work. But it was my first time and my food was good.
Very good place to eat. Staff is pretty amazing..........handled a group of 30+ HS kids with patience and efficiency.
Absolutely loved the person in charge/manager (idk). She was so kind and went out of her way to make sure I was happy. Definitely going back
