This would be my 3rd time having their spicy crispy sandwich in one week. Goodness that was good everytime, which makes go back to the store again and again. It is not expensive at all. Only $6-7. Their service is good as well. But in busy time, their behaviour can get little off, which is totally understandable. But still a little smile while talking would not take too much time. Well again, I am not complaining. I wouldn’t have given five star if I would complain. They are nice.
DELICIOUS! I love hand cut fries. Chicken sandwich was amazing. Our kids devoured their cheeseburger and chicken nuggets.
First time having Nonla burger today, we went to the Burdick st location and sandwiches are delicious, they frys were pretty soggy which sucks. we will try it again that's for sure, crispy frys with that meal would be ?!

I come here all the time and I love their burgers. I’m just complaining now because of the service as my last order was messed up twice. I came in and ordered the special (cod fish sando ) and just a cheeseburger. Simple right? Paid full price and left a tip but then what I received was half my order— just one burger. That’s fine so then I just waited back in line and told them about the mistake. The lady refunded me the money but then made me pay again for half the order, which is fine I guess.Waited some more and then this time I got the burgers— but both were cheeseburgers when I specifically went there for the special. And the other burger was cold as I’m pretty sure it was from my original order, which wouldn’t normally be a problem but I had to wait in line a second time when it was busy.I’m just annoyed at this point.
Their crispy chicken sando and fries are really good! Ive never had carrots on a sandwich before but its actually pretty good. Not a long wait time for the food either. Id go again when im back in Kalamazoo.
Stopped in for a quick bite. Sticker shock but good freshly made burger patty, chicken sandwich was hand breaded (enjoyed the shredded carrot) and well flavored on non-discript buns. For the cost a little imagination of different textures would have been nice. Hand cut fries were freshly made.
These burgers are really good. Great sauce there is on the burgers. The Nonla burger has Jalepenos on them, fresh ones they are so good. The meals come with a boatload of French fries. They are my favorite kind of fries too, where they don't peal the skin off the potatoes & cooked perfectly crisp on the outside & fluffy on the inside.Customer service is on point. Very welcoming people taking orders & bringing food to us as well.Very clean establishment too.Condiments are stocked for us all to grab for our lunch/dinner.This a place I'd like to come back to tp they their chicken sandwich.
They make a great burger with fresh ingredients; definitely order it the Nonla way. I’ve never had fresh, crispy pickles quite like theirs, and the grilled onions, sauce and cilantro add something unique and special. They also have an excellent chicken sandwich and fries.
Cool spot, very fresh tasting. Phenomenal fries. Favorite chicken sandwich around.Dining area wasn't kept up very well, all tables in need of a good wipe, but I think I got there at the tail end of their usual rush.
