Although we came in right before close Jeremy Zane (maybe sane Sam or something like that I was afraid to ask again) and nixy ( I think) were wonderful and very helpful! Even going as far as telling us to be safe as we went back out into the dangerous areas of Kalamazoo. 10/10 would recommend!
Best "assembly line" pizza place around by a looooong shot. Menu is simple and streamlined, no nicking and diming on toppings, ingredients are fresh and quality, place was clean, and the staff was quite friendly. Will be back soon!
We tried this place while staying in Kalamazoo and were delighted. They only offered 11' pizzas, but it was plenty with a salad. They have a number of specialty pizzas to offer, plus a build-your-own, which we did. it was delicious and made just like we like it. We also ordered two small Greek salads to go along with the pizza and they were large and delicious. We couldn't decide on which of the 5 salad dressings to order, so they gave us two of each! Very accommodating and helpful folks. We ordered it to go, and it was ready as expected. If you eat in, they add ingredients as you watch, so you can pick and choose what you want on the pizza. A nice place, open seating, and great for the whole family. Totally recommend. Prices reasonable, food tastes great, and I give them a grade of A.
Pizza was okay. Reminded me of a thin crust frozen pizza from the grocery store. If that's what you like to eat when you are not at home, than stop in here for pizza.
The pizza was very good. They have lots of toppings, including several nontraditional ones. There are even a variety of drizzle or dipping sauces available when it comes out of the oven. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I have food allergies and they were willing to help work around that with a genuine smile. The only problem I would see with the allergies is that, if they're busy, they don't have much of an option for keeping your pizza away from the others in the oven.
To be clear, We come here for the quality of the pizza, not the customer service. But with our most recent walk in order, we will be sure to take our patronage to Blaze Pizza.The individual at the start of the order never once looked up, never greeted us, and didn't ask if our orders were together since we walked in together. And his mood and demeanor was if we were an inconvenience to him. He just kept saying "what else?".The staff generally has a lack of customer service skills all around, as it always feels like they would rather be doing something else.Also, can you guys label your ingredients please?
First visit. Excellent, friendly service! Love the concept of build your own pizza and they're all the same price. I will definitely return.
They have beers! I didn't know that. Love that for them. And me. I'm cross faded on a Tuesday in mod pizza! Friendly staff. Great vibes.
My favorite pizza place in America. Found them in California, they found me in Florida, and surprised to see them here while I was driving from Chicago to Detroit!!
We have been going to this Mod pizza once a week.. why. Excellent service, these people are very focused to customer service. Great to build your own, fast production and $2.00 Craft Beer on Tuesday is a great upside. This week we took our Grandboys for a total of 6 of us.
