Great food! Service not so much. Being a server myself and knowing exactly what good service is that is not what we received last night. Our waitress dropped our food and never came back. I was literally hunting the host at the door down to bring things we needed. Having kids with me we had a spill in my sons plate of tacos and again I had to let the host know. Ordered queso and never received it, didn't realize until after I was home that I most likely paid for it seeing how my bill was extremely high but after the whole spill and experience I just didn't even think about it. Will definitely order take out again for sure. Will not be back for dine in.
Mi Pueblo is incredible because of the family that runs it and the authenticity of the food! They poor their hearts into what they do. They can make special events extra special too!
Absolutely love this place! The corn shell Mexican style tacos are all I order! I also got my order surprisingly fast???&& let’s not forget about their amazing homemade red mild salsa! So good, wish I had the recipe to the salsa ?
Very disappointed. Food cold, soggy tacos, staff were speaking amongst themselves in Spanish & continued to look at our table. OVERCHARGED...Menu prices are NOT guaranteed, as they do not adhere to them. Very dishonest! I will not be back. I rated them 1 star which is GENEROUS should have been 1/2 star, considering the extended wait time, cold food and that we were charged more than the menu stated...Had I known this would be the case, I wouldn't have even tipped.
Bait and switch again. I was ripped off for $12 and tax. Servers can't speak English well and give you menus with prices on them. You order and your ticket is handwritten with no prices on it. Then the mgr who can speak English well charges you and shows menus that are altered in grease pencil or marker and uses prices in his computer/register that were not on the menu. This has happened several times over the last couple years. I'm not going there any more even though their food is good. I'm not supporting dishonesty.
Seriously delicious food! Great prices and the people are friendly and dedicated! It smells amazing in here.
When we find a Mexican restaurant outside of my hometown of El Paso, Tx I’m usually thinking it won’t be truly authentic and keep my expectations very low. This place is AUTHENTIC!! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Carmen was very kind and she treated us so well.We went with our twin toddlers and they were very accommodating. The kids loved the rice and beans and chicken taco (flour tortilla). My husband had the green enchiladas with the chicken pibil (seasonal marinade) and I had the pollo con mole (reminded me of back home in Chihuahua!). Both were very good and Carmen brought out the special spicy salsas which were both homemade and delicious. The salsa used for the green enchiladas literally reminded me of back home: tons of flavor (onion, garlic, chiles) well balanced and not overly salty.Oh and the tostadas (chips) are made in house, another sign of a truly authentic Mexican restaurant. Carmen also gave our kiddos free popsicles from their Mi Michoacán side business. ¡Gracias Carmen! Please support this restaurant! We don’t live here but if we did we would certainly be regulars!Gracias Mi Pueblo por su servicio y riquísima comida que me dejo extrañado a mi tierra mexicana. ¡Que Dios me los bendiga!
The food is good, but u get different prices for the same things from different people. If I go somewhere all the time and get the same thing everytime but it's different prices with different workers thats not okay. Also the prices have gone up! I know everything is higher now but I used to pay 24 bucks, ordered the same things 2 days ago payed 30 bucks. I'm just gonna make tacos at home smh.
very good and employee were polite
Best Mexican food in town! Carmen was great with customer service! Fast and friendly!
