Where do I start,1. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes b4 anybody even noticed me, and then she didn’t even ask if she could take my order she just stood in front of the register and looked at me.2. French fries were freaking cold I even told the gal behind the counter and she just ignored me and walked off.3 what used to be small cup is now a medium cup, I get you gotta pay your employees but when your customers are the ones that lose then I won’t be back.
Well, the drive through wasn't packed, which was very nice. They did have an issue initially making sure we had all of our items, so we had to pull forward and wait.But!!The wait wasn't terrible, and we did get an extra hash brown for the wait.The manager, at least that's who I assume it was, at the pickup window was very kind, very pleasant, and clearly liked her job. So nice to see this!As someone who has worked in food service in the past, I understand how frustrating it can be. But this person didn't let that put them in a bad mood.
Slow service. Super slow. I waited in line for over 15 minutes just to move up one spot closer to the window. Then when we did get the fries they were soggy and not the fries your dream of.
I recently visited the McDonald's for my first time and yes the order did get a little off. The hospitality on the crew. Antoine was extremely helpful. Courtesest to say the least. Thanks for your time and help.

I love the quarter pounder ..found its the only burger made fresh when ordered. I love the digital coupons and save a lot using them.
Not open 24 hrs should change your hrs... this can be done on a regular basis even thru google..... people place orders 10mins ahead get to the drive thru and your closed yet hrs say 24......
Got there at 5:30 am on a Saturday and waited for 20 minutes I swear to god with no response even after asking if I was good to order. When I drove off with no food I looked through the first window to see what looked to be a confused old lady and a tall manager looking out also
Open during remodel. Breakfast food was hot and fresh and line moved fast through the drive-thru thanks to one very fast talking drive-thru worker. If you go to this location in the mornings you know who I mean. Love it! He keeps the line moving!
Got my 30 piece chicken nuggets on time and fast and fresh even when the drive thru like was super busy!
