Poor customer service and poor quality of food. The building itself is filthy and I could tell one of the employees hadn't shaved or bathed in a long time.
Nice full LARGE Frappe near an inch under the line the manager was trying to point at. Picture taken right before leaving the parking lot. Fix your machine. That's not a large. Thanks Steve. It's clear why my man Terrance left that place. As a former McDonald's manager I am ashamed of the actions you committed and you truly deserved your insult. I hope you're unhappy the rest of the day because of it. Damn thing is a near a full inch under the large line you were blindly pointing at. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went through the drive thru at 1:30am. The sign outside advertises 24 hour drive thru but I know times are tough with labor and sometimes that might not be accurate. To my pleasant surprise, there was a greeting on the speaker asking if I would be using my rewards. I answered no and waited. A few minutes went by and I asked if they were ready for my order. After waiting another minute, I figured this place doesn’t have any workers and must be closed for the night. I drove away. When I drive away, I saw all 3 employees outside sitting on the steps, looking at their phones and smoking cigarettes. One of them had the audacity to wave at me as I was leaving. When I drove by 10 minutes later, they were all still sitting outside. Terrible!
The food was cold,dry and had hair in my burger. Called to complain and phone line wouldn't go through. If I could I'd give them a negative 100.

After a 10hr shift. I went through the drive thru about 2:55. When I got home I discovered that the 2 cheese burgers that I ordered had expired meat on them. Couldn't eat them.
Every single time I go to this McDonald's I wait at least a half hour. I have had to call and remind them that I'm sitting curbside as they've forgotten my order more then once. I will never come here again.
