Went through the drive through asking for fresh fries, got handed the coldest batch of fries they had. Petty and disrespectful staff
Was really really glad to see the Daily Double back on the computer cash register. Have been to some that didn't have it. Love that DD burger.
I went to drive up. There wasn’t any cars ahead of me. Sit and waited for someone to ask for my order. I finally said hello. And I voice says be with you in a second. Meanwhile there has been two cars go thru the other lane that got there after I did. He finally asked me my order. When I pull up to pay for it he says he don’t have to deal with rude and told me to go to Wendy’s and shut the window. I lay on my horn till someone comes back and takes my money and tells me to call and ask for Ben. The won’t answer phone. This ain’t over I will take this to corporate.
Waited 30mins in reserve and never got my food till I went in. The manager never looked at the screen for my order and blamed his employees for his mistake.
Dude doesn't even talk just mumbles when we get to the window. No fries had any salt, I even asked for extra salt. It's such a small thing and not a big deal but seriously how hard is it to put some salt on some fries. There was nobody inside and 1 other car there. Just lazy at that point. But yes $15 an hour.
The last few times I went to this McDonald's it seems like frappe machines not working or they're out of something to make what you want the last time I ordered then I end up canceling it because they didn't have what I wanted and I'm not going to alter my order
Website says open 24 hours 7 days a week, apparently confirmed by the business, just to be told Door Dash only at the drive through... what is this world
LAZY LAZY LAZY WORKERS. Pulled up around 2am to order and get told Doordash orders only how does that even make sense there’s about 5 employees in there overnight for what???? If they can’t multitask drive thru and online orders they shouldn’t be working for McDonald’s.
Waited 15 minutes before they finally realized that there was a line up. I pulled up to the window and the cashier was STONED and had forgotten my order by the time I got to the window! I wasted my lunch hour and never got my order by the end of it because it took over 20 MINUTES TO MAKE A BIG MAC!
When you advertise that you are open 24 hours, you better be open 24 hours. This was not the case here. Not to mention the rude comments through the drive thru. You would find better service and reliability at an afghan McDonald’s.
