It would have been a better experience but there was no ice for my sweet tea. And that was the whole reason i went, was to get something cold to drink.

Horrible! The two males taking the money at the drive thru helped themselves to money off the card I paid with! I discovered this the day after I was at the place. They have criminals working at that place and it should be avoided at all costs. And, I tried to call the store and no one answered. The dump should be shut down.

if i had the option of zero i’d choose zero. first my DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER add bacon only had 1 slice of cheese. and my MCCHICKEN ADD CHEESE didn’t even come with cheese on it. i was thrown the bag when the food came up and the window was shut before i could say thank you. never EVER come here. i won’t be back

Convenient travel plaza and restaurant all in one stop. Also available are gifts and souvenirs. Fresh coffee and plenty of other drink options.Well stocked store.

I ate here every Saturday morning for years- always good service, clean and busy. No longer! Service is horrible, food is cold after a long wait, and conditions behind the counter are dirty and cluttered. Must be known since the dining room traffic has slowed to almost nothing on a Saturday morning but understandable. Has been this way since dining room re-opening after Covid. If current conditions continue, I don’t see this store lasting, especially when there are 3 other good service stores within a 6 mile radius. Very sad to see this happening! Pre Covid there had always been very conscientious management at that location- they certainly made a difference!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to…and that’s saying something. It was 6:30 pm and they locked the interior, forcing us to use the drive thru. There were 3 people in the drive thru. Took 15 minutes to get to the order box. Was told to wait a second. 10 minutes later, I asked if they were ready and they said ‘one second’ again. I told the attendant that they need to set an expectation of how long the wait is. ‘One second’ is misleading. In response, the server told me to ‘ go F myself and find another restaraunt’. SMH. I completely understand low staffing... However, arriving to this store at 10:05 pm on a Saturday night (after a kids show in GR) the employee VERY rudely started that they are closing due to staffing shortage. When asked if we could order since we were there waiting (we wanted drinks and fries) again she VERY rudely said, "we are closing at this very moment, while I'm speaking to you." One, I'm a nurse, I know shortage... I also worked fast food. Maybe you should help the customer first and damn sure NOT be so rude about it. Maybe I only wanted a drink?? Like I knew about the car behind me, as it was my son. I will not ever return, I'll drive the distance to another McDonald's location. Better yet, Arby's is really very close. BTW they were VERY friendly as well!! We weren't talked down to or unappreciated. Like it or not, customer service should actually include service, at minimum be friendly and courteous.

I understand there may be a worker shortage, but I don’t get how you don’t at least apologize for the long wait, especially a manager (who happened to be the one taking my order). Didn’t seem to care. The saving grace is that the food was prepared how it should be at your favorite McD’s (bite, flavor, etc.).

Wow very rude, was in a tow truck with a buddy of mine and she was rude because we had to pull into the outside lane because we were to big for the other lane. She was truly disrespectful about it. And obviously with covid the lobby wasn't open for us to coke in and order. McDonald's do better for your night drivers of all kinds thank you

125% disappointed with this McDonald's. More than half the time I go during my lunch break the doors are locked and drive thru is 7+ cars deep.Last time I ordered on the App and selected that I would pick up inside and the doors were locked.
