Excellent customer service, very fast, so fast they made our drinks twice and let us keep the second one free! My favorite McDonalds in town
Dine-in, delivery, and drive through were all "closed" while half the staff, who had been working not 10 minutes before we got there, were in the parking lot talking to someone in their vehicle. This was at 6 pm.
Always say they can't make things, out of something every time I stop there. It's in a good spot before people leave Kalamazoo, so it's a shame it is so badly managed !
"What do you want?" "Go ahead" and "what's your order" are common phrases you'll here going through this drive through. I'm 100% sure "Hi, welcome to McDonald's! Etc..." is what I'm supposed to be hearing at the drive through. Every employee here has a poor attitude and it reflects on the food.
None of the staff said hi or thank you. My deluxe sandwich only had tomatoes and mayo
Not a great location. The staff were extremely rude and was overall a very poor experience, especially for someone who does a lot of traveling and just needs a quick bite to eat
I don’t like how this is the only McDonald’s in Kalamazoo that barely lets people come in the building and the only one that open at a certain and closes at a certain time this McDonald’s just open randomly. Also, sometimes when I would want to go I would call to see if people can come in the building then tell me if there people can or cannot and if they say yea they would tell me when can’t people can’t come in anymore then be closing early. The drive thru is the only thing that is not like that and not everyone has a car.
I went into the McDonald's at 224 Kalamazoo Ave Kalamazoo MI at 4:30pm today with a smile on my face & a great mood before leaving my feelings were hurt, I was totally unhappy & not at all satisfied. First the woman who took my order was extremely rude even after when I asked for ice since there was none in the machine the woman's attitude was disgusting & I still had to wait over 20 minutes for my children my nugget meal then when I got it it was cold so I asked for it to be fresh the teenages here just laughed then gave me fries that were in the cold batch one of the young girls said "that's why I hate honkies" I couldn't believe such cruelty especially when I pay my good earned money here at McDonald's I will NEVER come back here & I will make it known how the employees at McDonald's act. I am disgusted!!!!
Clean spot. McDonald's is becoming affordable again. But check the accuracy of your order before leaving. Sandwiches are not as advertised (missing ingredients) and they didn't give me my light tomato .
This is the WORST McDonalds location EVER and everyone in Kalamazoo knows it! This location is filled with employees that are rude and even more incompetent. After 5-7 times of repeating my order slowly they still could not get the order right. So at the first sign of frustration with the poor communication they tell me they won’t take my order at all. Anyone in their right mind would have began to get frustrated after 7 times of placing a 3 item order!! I will never go back to this location and quite honestly this location needs to be shut down. 0 stars if I could.
