In a time when good customer service seems to be waning, we had a server named Katie who was excellent. Such a breath of free air. On top of that the food was very good also.Worth going back someday.
Love Main Street Pub! They always have great service and friendly staff and their food is always really good, not to mention their amazing menu with many choices to choose from. Love this place
I had a meeting tonight in the back room at MSP, Gull Rd. Brooke was our waitress and she was totally AWESOME!! Her customer service and work ethic were outstanding!! She clearly is a great asset to MSP!! GREAT job Brooke!
Dustin was our server and he took excellent care of us. Took time to get us extras and checked back on us to make sure we were happy with everything. He wasn’t in our face checking just very attentive to our needs. He did the same with all the tables assigned in his area while we were there. Awesome hope we have him again when we come back
I was there this week for an early dinner, arrived about 3:45. We were seated promptly and received our beverages. We were in the dining side that was farthest from the bar. Very few people in the restaurant and there seem to be plenty of staff so I was surprised that the floor was as filthy as it was. Several pieces of paper were scattered about the floor as well as food on the floor by the table next to us. Staff just kept walking around the trash although it should have been obvious to them. I don't know why no one could be bothered to pick it up. Our food was received in good time and was flavorful. That dirty floor put a damper on my experience though. How dirty do we think the rest of the restaurant might be, including the kitchen?
Myself, my grandma and mother were in there this evening (5/31). We arrived at about 6:10 and were quickly seated. The busser explained that Jordon would be our server. We waited 20 minutes, Jordon circled around the dining area a few times but never peered over to our table. We promptly left due to the wait. This has never happened before so hopefully it was just merely a fluke. Disappointing though.
Good food and good service. Bronco burger is always my go to and the frisco melt is also very good. They always seemTo have good food and drink specials throughout the week
My daughter's and husband wanted to celebrate their shared birthday here. We used to come here years ago for family birthdays. Big mistake. Appetizer combo arrived with cold potato skins. Took 10 minutes to get waiter to come to table. He said he did not know why the skins were cold.( ice cold in middle). He offered to take plate back to microwave. Another person came by and said that the skins arrive frozen. She offered to replace. By the time food returned the others in my party had finished their food. Daughter's sandwich was ordered no tomato. The must have put tomato on and then removed because tomato seeds were in her lettuce. She can't have tomatoes. She just removed the lettuce. We did not get refills on our drinks. Final insult was overcharged on bill.$43 later we wrote it off as a lesson learned. Don't dine here. I don't know if we just got unlucky or it's not a good place to eat Do not recommend.
I love playing shuffle board, billiards, darts and the food is amazing! Favorite are the Gyro, Fettuccine Alfredo, and shrimp bomb. Keep up the great work!
We had lunch here with family and were totally impressed! Carly was our server and did a terrific job - fast, efficient and friendly. We ordered a 1/2 Greek salad with chicken, a porta pita club sandwich and a pretzel bun sandwich. The sandwiches came with fries and both were HUGE! The salad was a good size, even though considered half, and was filled with ingredients. The food arrived hot and tasted very good. Their menu included a number of special sandwiches and items you won't find anywhere else, and I guarantee you will be delighted with anything you choose. The restaurant atmosphere is friendly, with a separate seating area from the bar if you prefer, and it's a place you won't mind bringing the family. Where you mask in if you prefer and the seating allows for distancing. Since we were in Kalamazoo for a visit, I only wish we lived closer - I'd eat here often! I give them an A+ and highly recommend.
