The server was great, and accommodated our table of 10. However the manager, Morgan i believe, who came to explain a policy regarding the combo’s, was really rude. She came to say she couldn’t do two orders of 1 appetizer (which was fine and we understood) but instead of saying “no we can’t do it (with an attitude)” she should’ve said “we can’t do this, BUT you can order the full order and it will be the same.” Highly disappointed in the service of someone who’s supposed to be a manager. That’s not how you run a business.

Great bar. My regular spot to drink and eat here in Kalamazoo. Awesome atmosphere and workers make it a great atmosphere at all times. Tim Houseler needs to buy limes again though. You run a bar. You need limes to run a bar it shouldn’t matter if they’re “too expensive”. Also treat your workers better. They give all their money back to your locations anyway. Chloe is definitely the hottest waitress here.
Great place for food. Down side was the steak is a big let down. For a six oz steak it was more like a very thin shoe soul.
Can’t say enough about this great neighborhood pub! We have been diners here for many years! Always wonderful service, friendly servers, and delicious food! Thanks so much for being the best and being an awesome restaurant!
We did curbside pick up. The girl who helped is was super friendly and the food was ready at the exact time that it said it would be. I did receive a text saying I could click the link to let them know we were there to pick up. The link didn't work you still have to call.
Food is good, but come to drink AND eat or the 40 minute wait might not be worth it
Main St. Pub is our go to restaurant. We spend a lot of time there. They stand out on service. We use them to benchmark other restaurants and most of them don’t compare. You will notice that the staff takes empty items every time they come by. Also other staff will come by and take away empty plates and glasses. They will also help get you a drink or anything else even if it is not their table. By having the collective effort the service is excellent and the entire team benefits from it. They really have it down.
I Like the food, the ambience is nice, the people who come here are amazing! i only have one problem! the employees from management to waitresses are not the deal! management treats you like a number, not like a neighborhood bar....seeing that I live across the street, this is what i was expecting. no way, waitresses are all top notch and 1 of the male waiters....not the big guy!...lol but nonetheless i have to be fair. slow service plus bad management outweighs the great local and even better people who come for the games and what not!. sorry Main St. Your a debbie Downer!
