I ordered online so that I could walk in and pick up my order from the pizza portal and not have to wait or talk to anyone. Instead, I ordered online and had to go inside and wait in line to ask the incompetent cashier for my order. Which he spent 5 minutes looking in the back for. When it was right next to him on the waiting rack. Also this locations breadsticks are not good

I asked for fresh pizza and they give me pizza that looks like it's been in the warmer since 10AM. Usually they are decent but this is twice now.

Very slow..several orders messed up. Refused to make a sausage hot n ready...stated they were inky making pepperoni and cheese options.

If I could give this a zero I would. I placed an online order 06/26/22 for pickup. Transaction (and payment) went through along with a pickup time. Upon arriving to pick up my order, this location was closed. I have attempted calling several times today and after several rings I get a recording stating the mailbox is full. My transaction should not have been processed especially with payment on days this establishment is closed. I will be disputing this transaction with my bank and will contact the corporate office. What ever happened to customer service? What a joke, I want my money back!

Ordered Hot and ready pepperoni pizza was asked to wait 7 to 10 minutes. I waited 25 minutes, when asking how much longer I was told the pizza never got put in the oven. I the asked for a refund of my money. They said they were unable to find the order to issue the refund. After waiting 5 additional minutes for 3 people to try to figure out how to hand me $12 back I left with no pizza and no refund.

Stopped in for the lunch combo. Which they never have hot and ready as they advertise. Myself and three others were ignored as five staff were in the back screwing around. When we were finally acknowledged I was told 10 minutes for my order. Ten minutes came and went. Finally a different staff member asked me if I was waiting for something. Turns out they hadn't even started my order. Not friendly people to deal with either. Children that don't want to do their job but still expect to be paid.

Placed an order online around 6pm, stopped by the store at 6:30pm. Went in and asked about the order, order was still being made. It’s 7pm now, the store closes at 8pm. Not sure if I’ll get the order or not? Maybe their online ordering is broken? The mystery continues…Update: the pizza was loaded into the portal at 7:24pm too late for us we had to get dinner elsewhere.

I just left this location and I didn't appreciate the way that the manager treated me. I went to purchase an order of crazy bread I didn't have my debit card and all I had was $100 bill when the young lady went back to ask him if they accepted $100 bills he came back he never looked me in the face never addressed me and started to explain to her why they don't keep change in their drawers and why he always has to drop them. So since he wasn't talking to me I asked him okay with that being said do you have the keys because he explain the drop process to her which I didn't need to know but he mentioned he needed keys to get into the register. The manager left he came back and told her still never talking to me that he couldn't find the keys I remembered that I had another method of payment and I saw that for whatever reason interacting with me was not something that the manager was interested in doing so I swiped my card and asked the young lady that was helping me if she was training and in so many words she asked me why did I ask and as the manager was coming around the corner I explained to her that I didn't understand why he was explaining everything to her about my situation but never addressed me never apologized for the inconvenience and he still just stood there looking stupid I think that he shouldn't be the one training people because what you're supposed to do is interact with the customer let your representative watch how you interact listen to the explanation that you offer the customer and then summarize for the representative so that they can learn the only thing he's teaching her how to do is be rude when she's really nice so I don't think he should be in charge he's not very good at it older guy low-cut grey hair mustache, of course I never got his name because he never addressed me he kind of acted like I wasn't there it was just a reason to come and talk to his associate I won't be returning.

Literally terrible customer service. Ordered food and drinks and the entire time the guy taking my order was rude. Got my food and it was cold and old. On top of that I asked for a drink and never received it. They tried to blame me for it and told me I had to drive all the way back to pick it up or get a credit and refused to refund me. Obviously there’s a reason this place has garbage ratings. I guess it’s cheap garbage pizza for a reason.

This location needs help! Went for a hot n ready just after 7pm and they had already locked the doors. My guess is they aren't paying their employees enough so they closed early? Went to dominos, best pizza I've had in a while.
