1st time here. We ordered lake burger and olive burger, both were good but very messy. The cajun fries are a MUST. The cheese fries are very good, too. The fries are ample amounts. Malts are very good. It's a little pricey for what you get. The woman behind the counter was very nice and helpful. I would recommend it, especially the cajun fries and the cheese fries.
The food was absolutely wonderfu!! Fresh, hot juicy burgers; well cooked chicken sando; you could taste everything. The flavors complimented the food so well. Their house made ketchup was perfect! I would buy it by the bottle. The staff are so friendly and make you feel like an old friend. This was our first visit but it is not our last.
Went for the first time yesterday and was AMAZED by the burger I ordered! Seriously the best burger I have had in years. The fries are also delicious, and come in a very generous portion. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Food came out fast, and we were given free sauces to go with our fries. Only thing I was sad about was how fast it was over, since I quickly devoured my food.
I went here because the reviews were so good but my food was AWFUL! The fries were cold, soggy and under cooked. I ordered truffle fries but there was zero Parmesan. The “house ketchup” was watery, so watery it wouldn’t stick to the fries and tasted like A1 sauce. The chocolate shake was completely melted from the moment It got handed to me. The bun on the burger was very soggy, it was so nasty I ended up throwing out the bun and just ate the meat. The meat was good, cold, but tasted okay, the only thing in my entire order that was edible. I paid $28 for a burger, fries and shake - pretty pricey for the garbage they served me. I will never go back to this place. I would have gotten higher quality at McDonalds.
Oh my goodness. I will never ever go anywhere else for burgers or chicken!! The owner is fantastic and very customer focused!Just need a bigger place for sit down!!
I’ve been going to Lake Burger for years and I have to unfortunately break it to you all that they have changed and not in a good way.I miss the old cooking and cashier staff - they never got our order wrong and were always hard working and attentive. The crew their now is always texting or talking about something not related to orders being fulfilled when it’s the busy time of takeout on a weeknight. As a result, I’ve had all of my last 3 orders in 2-3 months wrong.I hope that Lake Burger finds its way back to what made it special - great attentive, friendly service that kept orders on time and accurate. Oh and best of all, it was probably the best burger, fries and chicken sandwich in town. When orders are being fulfilled in their current matter though, it spoils the quality of the food and the entire experience.Sadly I will be waiting for awhile to try it again after our recent experiences.
Our first visit to Lake Burger today after my daughter’s google search for lunch. They did not disappoint. Burgers, fries and shakes. Great menu choices without being overwhelmed with options. The burgers are hearty and flavorful. Hand cut fries were exceptional! I had their Crab Fry, my daughter the Regular, plenty to share. Shakes made with Plainwell ice cream was the finishing touch. We will definitely be back to try other great choices! The staff was so nice and helpful. Don’t walk out without their house made aioli and house made ketchup too!!!
I've been wanting to try this place for a long time. Hubby and I went tonight for dinner. The burgers were fresh and tasty. The Truffle Fries were awesome! It was clean and the workers were friendly. Would definitely go back! Next time I'm gonna go for the Olive Burger! Oh and definitely get the Aioli sauce. Yum!
They have great food and I really love going there but make sure that you triple check your order. I told the cashier I wanted tenders about 10 times and he rang me up for regular chicken which isn’t a big deal but when I go to get it fixed I get a bunch of back talk from the cook. I get that wasting food sucks but maybe train your people better so customers actually get what they want in the first place. The cook said to me their menu isn’t rocket science like I couldn’t understand the menu, well ringing up a customer isn’t rocket science either especially when I clearly stated to the cashier I wanted tenders.
This could be the priciest burger in town and it would still be well worth the price. For the prices they have, it's absurd value for your money. I love Lake Burger, ingredient quality is super high and they have delicious flavorful beef, and the fries are perfectly cooked and seasoned. 10/10 place.
