This KFC is horrible. They can't seem to get the orders right. They are rude and kept calling my sister in law sir. We had to repeat the order multiple times at the speaker and they still didn't have it right when we got to the window. They claimed they were out of everything but the sandwiches. We repeated the order for like the 5th time at the window and when they gave us the order, it was still wrong. We had to take the order in to get it right. The parking lot was not very clean at all which leads me to believe that the inside probably wasn't either. When we first pulled up, there were employees standing outside smoking. This is some of the worst service I have ever had at a KFC restaurant. Makes me wish I had seen the poor reviews before visiting this particular store. I will not be returning to this location, and I will let others know of my experience here.
Supposed to be two large chicken breast... LOL and they did it include silverware so I can eat my sides of mac and cheese and mashed potatoes also they didn't provide any napkins
I know there’s staffing issues but in a 12 piece meal I would expect a piece or 2 of white meat. All thighs and legs. No crust on the chicken. It was in a sloppy greasy mess. Supposed to get biscuits. No biscuits. So disappointed!
Absolutely terrible service if you can even get service half the time the chick at the window tells you to come back later we’re busy when there’s literally no one in line infront or behind you lol and if you happen to go inside the employees are disgusting they’re loud mouth foul language it’s sad no where else is like this intown just this kfc idk why the owner hasnt fired everyone and got new staff because the current employees are running it into the ground this has nothing to do with anything other then the group of degenerates you allow to run your business
The chicken was overcooked, hard, and nowhere near KFC’s normal standards. This is the third time we’ve had issues with food in the last three visits, and you think we’d learn to stop eating here. I drove all the way back to return the food and get a refund and was told I’d have to wait until they could get to me. The management clearly didn’t care and about 10 minutes later I finally got some help. I would highly recommend you avoid this location. I love their chicken, but will drive as far as necessary not to have to visit this location again. I also couldn’t help but notice how dirty the place was. Boxes piled up in the food preparation area, receipts all over the counter in a pile, and what looks like dirty equipment. Never going back
Maybe it was the weekend or the Manger doesn't know how do his job! But twice in 1 weekend they were out of stock and we were RUDELY informed the Lobby was closed. Lock your door and post a sign.
I have been here several times and out of all these times I think they forgot to give me my pop one time. Other than that no complaints. Great Food! Great service!
employees where talking about all the b**** they where f***ing in the returant and got mad and swore at me when I said I had more then 1 order. under customer info wrote "some bull s***" on the first and on the second wrote "some more bull s***" food was wrong and old but least of the problems
Terribly rude and lost a lifetime customer today. They obviously don't care as she said "have a nice day sweetie". I've been going to this location for nearly 50 years and often. No More! I asked for an all dark meat original 8 piece bucket. Was told they can't do that. I had just bought one last week. I was willing to wait and said so but by then she was complaining to her manager who is also a problem.She told me I had to buy mixed. I told her I don't want to have to buy what I don't want to get what I want. Then she starts complaining to her manager about me being difficult. And her manager agrees. You obviously make up the rules as they are convenient for your situation. I'm done. There are choices and I will not be managed by you. You obviously don't value or care what your customers want and don't care how you treat them. Bad way to do business. Too bad you don't value loyalty.Actually the quality of your chicken has declined a lot. So I am happy to go elsewhere. The last three times your chicken was dry and over cooked.
The people are beyond rude and you will be lucky to even get the right order. On our way home from work we stop there. We placed our order and when we got home and opened it we realized it was the wrong order. True we should've checked before pulling off but we didn't. We made a simple phone call and the lady on the basically said it wasn't her fault and if anything to be done we would have to drive all the way back out there and maybe get another dinner or refund. We told her we didn't want to get back out and she said to bad and nothing I can do for you and hung up. We called back just to see if we could do it tomorrow after work and was hung up on again.
