I have been here probably 25 times in the past three years. Maybe they are not 'freaky fast' as advertised, but they have never gotten an order wrong, and the folks working there are always polite and professional. I'd rather have them be 'freaky accurate' than 'freaky fast'.
Even though I accidentally gave the wrong address they were happy to make and bring me my order to the address I meant to use. Awesome customer service ?
Ordered a slim 4 with cheese which is literally just turkey and cheese and they still managed to give me the wrong sandwich and put ham instead of turkey. 0/10 will never go to this location again.
I wouldn't advertise fast service here. This location is not freaky fast. Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches.
Freaky fast subs, the new wraps are fire.
Absolute joke of a restaurant, would not go here if I was starving of food and they were offering free subs.
Normally I've had pretty good interactions with this location. Food order is correct, employees are nice and the food is fast. That's changed recently. Tonight I ordered at around 7:05pm and its 8 and nothing yet. Called to see where my food was and was told it could be another 10 min. No offer of a discount was made...nothing. I order from there a lot but if it keeps getting worse I'm not going to stay ordering. I understand that stuff happens but you should at least try to make it better somehow.
Disappointed my location on stadium drive is closed. I called three nearby locations they all gave me incorrect information. I called this store and she said she delivers up to drake and the west main location is supposed to cover the rest of stadium. I called west main and they said no they will not deliver. So I guess no jimmy johns or delivery for me ever again. If a location closes you need to compensate for that delivery area. You are losing customers and sales. Unless you don’t care about your customers? Lost a customer. Overall very disappointed. I hate companies that their first answer is no. What happened to customer service?
Good food, but what’s with the $2 side of avocado (guacamole)? I weighed my side when I got home (because I was steaming mad that I paid $2 for a tiny bit in a cup)...in the cup it was 1.1 oz with no cup .8oz...that’s like paying over $32 a pound! Come on JJ’s...quit being so stingy with the guac portion. Those of us that are willing to pay $2 for it obviously love it & will only be disappointed with receiving less than a tablespoon!
I love the sandwiches, and it is actually fast, they just a TINY delivery range. Other than that, always satisfied with them.
