Unfortunately the service was Great @the S.Westnedge and Whites Rd in the plaza, but my wife got food poisoning from the sandwich.....and there's alot of it going around a statement reads on their official website
Great place for a healthier quick bite. Fast and friendly ser ice. Even told to drive carefully as I left. ❤️
Freezing cold in the restaurant. Packed it up to take it home. Food was still decent.

1/7/2022 was filling in at a different work location, thought I would order Jimmy Johns for lunch. I order from the downtown location a couple times a week. I order my usually sandwich, chips, pop,cookie. The total came to $16.13. They charge 3.75 for delivery, less than 1/8 of a mile. She asked if I wanted to tip, I said who does the 3.75 go to, the company-not the driver? So your charging a delivery fee, and the company is keeping that and it doesn’t go to the driver. I guess you better rename that charge. I tipped the driver on location or I am sure they would have kept that as well. I will not order again from this location. On top of being charged so much, the pop was flat. The downtown location does not charge a delivery fee.
Called them 30 minutes after order and she told me my food was on the way to me so after 1 hour and 30 minutes I called back and she said that it was still on the way so I just canceled my order. Don't just lie and tell people it's coming when it's not.
Regular here 2+ times a week. It's kinda hit and miss when it comes to service as it seems employee turn over is high so you never know who your going to be dealing with.
I had a Jimmy's Subano and my wife had a BLT. Both were delicious!
Great Beach Club sandwich
Worst drive-thru service in the area. Waited 12 minutes from ordering to window Wednesday night while disorganized employees, with no customers inside, didn't have car with an apparent large order, pull forward for curb service, instead of holding up the lane. Employees ignored other customers blowing horns and me, who called and suggested they have the driver park and wait for their order. I know I won't be back.
