Jimmy John's used to be a really good place but the past 5 months you can't get delivery to save you life... It went from Freaky Fast to Freaky Never! It's not like it's only been a couple times cuz I have called several times a week and still NO delivery for all this time. The bad thing it's not only this Jimmy John's it's the one down the road from here too. Stop saying you're Freaky Fast on Delivery when your not Delivering to people....
It was difficult to get to with the construction cones and trying to look at the Google Map.Cute and quaint JJ! It was clean, nice customer service and fast!
Fine if you pick up but they are definitely not freaky fast when it comes to delivery. Apparently I should have walked there, because I would have gotten my food faster
Order from here all the time for my employees and they haven't gotten an order wrong once and always timely.
It took an hour and ten minutes and they forgot both of my cookies AND we tried calling them because we paid for those cookies and they didn’t answer. We called them 3 times. don’t order from here.
The are the farthest thing from “freaky fast.” I live 1.3 miles from the store yet I have not once ever received my order in anything less the 45 mins. Today order was out for delivery for an hour??? I live a mile away it really isn’t hard. Do not order from this jimmy johns!

While JJ's has consistency in their food quality, waiting over an hour for my food to even be put in a delivery vehicle seems absurd. Now I'll wait another 30 minutes for it to arrive. Not sure why this location in particular seems to take this long regularly - perhaps they need more staff members.
If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. Unfortunately, this Jimmy Johns location in particular is one of the worst out there. Hours are always wrong, delivery takes way too long, and the employees never answer the phone. Just do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location. Ever.
I've ordered delivery from Jimmy John's several times, and have been impressed with how fast they are. However today was not one of those times. I placed an order for 2 sandwiches which took over an hour to deliver to an address less than two miles away. Definitely not "freaky fast".
