Thank you Jimmy John's for ruinging my lunch. Decided to reward myself with a sandwich for lunch today, picked up yesterday on my way home from work, because money has been tight and I have not eaten out in a while. I was given a completely incorrect sandwich. Incorrect type of meat and lacking the toppings I added while also including the ones I removed. Will not be ordering here the next time I can afford to eat out for lunch.Sent in complaint to JJ as requested in response to this comment
Always a great time there. Quick and efficient. Been there 20+ times. They missed one of my subs ONCE but we're very quick to fix it and even gave me an extra cookie. Really appreciated it! Always good
This store closed an hour early without posting the change of hours anywhere. I understand staffing may be an issues but it is incredibly easy to change the hours on google or simply add “hours may vary due to staffing issues”.
Rude workers and horrbile customer serice. Who you have working today Feb. 6 at 3:15 should be fired. Particularly the rude gal with short brown hair and glasses. I look forward to my call to corporate.

This location, West Main, Kalamazoo, closes down an hour to two hours early every night, it seems. I see people in there just hanging out everytime. If you aren't going to be open, you need to update your hours.
I love Jimmy John's but this is the 2nd time the 9th street location messed up my order. First they didn't even make the sub right. This time which I have included a picture the sub was half the size of my husband's sub. Looked in the sub 1 tomato in half and I know they put 4 on the subs not 1 cut in half. Usually they get it right and now it's like they don't care.
