This location is always very patient with me ? From ordering under the wrong name to processing airline vouchers, they are always able to figure out my issues quickly and make sure I'm able to leave satisfied. Kaley was especially helpful today
To the staff at Jets Pizza Gull Road Tonight, Pizza was not the best I have had, Jet 10 Detroit Style.. I however am a fan of Jets Pizza!! I would like to thank all employees that were present tonight, all were working with smiles and a good attitude!! Times are tuff and everyone is shorthanded.. I am Right there with you.. I got here just a bit early and had to wait 5 minutes. Sitting in Jets and not eating Jets is among the most difficult tasks I've ever faced. The workers here have the most restraint of anyone I've ever met. If I worked here I would just eat every pizza that came out of the oven until I perished or got fired.
Best pizza...love love their chicken barbecue pizza!!! Could use just a little more barbecue sauce ? just my personal opinion. But so yummy....
We eat here a ton - try the turbo crust and the brownie. We had a small issue with our order once and Jackie the manager was awesome & made it right!. Great customer service and everyone is always polite at this location! Thanks!
Wow not only 30 mins late and $30 later, the delivery guys say hey at the door hand me the pizza and leaves. Wow never again!!! Can i say hey i want my tip back? Thats why u dont pre tip i guess.
Placed an order over the phone. Over an hour later I have to call and ask where it is.“Uh, we closed 30 mins ago and your order was voided by whoever took your order” - said the guy that took my order
