So did you cancel my order or did doordash. Why? What could have possibly happened that the order needed to be cancelled? Did you lose power? Run out of pizza? Was it simply stolen by the driver? No one contacted me, no explanation given, just a waste of my time.
I love the pizza! The problem was the service at this location. Placed an order for pickup for my company. Picked up the pizza, and was treated like I was not there. Asked for plates and silverware because it was a larger order, and they were just dropped on my pizza box as the employee just walked away. No thank you, no nothing.Good pizza, but the employee on duty provided subpar service
ordered 2 pizzas and 2 pops .... Was quoted 7:02 PM. Called store at 7:25pm to check on order and was told it would be another 10 mins and to call back if it wasn't there since it was a new driver.... Called back at 7:48PM and was told that is was still on the road and should be there shortly. I responded with frustration that my pizza had been in transit for over 45 mins and asked how far away and how long it would be and was told that they couldn't reach the driver and they didn't know where he was or how long it would be.... Manager offered no help or even remorse for the situation. I had to adamantly state that i did not want my food to be cold upon arrival as it was already 45 min late.... I was refused when I requested fresh food and had to demand a refund repeatedly until he gave in and said we should get a refund in 3-5 days.... then at 8:08 pm the driver finally arrived and had no idea that we had cancelled our order... To make matters worse he arrived with 4 pops not 2 and no pizzas in hand but said he left them in the car... He appeared out of it and very confused to the fact that we canceled our order and lied to me and said he just left the store 20 min ago, even though I talked to the store 45 mins before that.... Someone is not being honest with us and the manager was rude and condescending when we called back to tell him that his driver had arrived even though we cancelled our order... all this treatment even after being a long time customer and big fan of this company.... This store needs to evaluate how they operate and whom they have employed.
Spent the most I have ever spent on pizza in my life and everyone in my family including myself thought the food was gross. We only liked the brownie and salad. So I wasted almost $80
The pizza was pretty good! The manager that took my order(sounded like a high schooler?) knew what they were doing! Only problem was that the driver was a bit late and seemed like they smoked a bit…Otherwise good and I’ll likely order again in the future! Probably a pickup order however.
Some of the best pizza, every time, regardless of location. Super super expensive, so I only get Jets like 1 out of 20 times I get pizza. The new bigger slices are ?
Called 5 times and no one answered. Hours said they were open, no notes on Facebook page to say there weren't open. disappointed.
I must preface this review with a question to you, the reader. What do you expect from a local pizza chain, known for their handmade Deep Dish pan pizzas? Well, I can tell you. The crust: Delicious. The Cheese: Amazing. The service? Even better. It's a wonderful experience, worthy of coming back for more once a week. Special thanks to Jake who gave me plenty of red pepper flakes! :)
I always have loved their 8 corner but rarely buy pizza there anymore. Literally almost have to take out a second mortgage to afford their food. Last bill was $45 for two pizzas and a 2 liter. Even with the deals they have, they're still expensive.
Got a pizza for delivery and it was delicious and came in a timely manner! Wonderfully made pizza and my driver was particularly nice. Would definitely order from here again!!
