Specifically asked for no tomatoes multiple times when ordering. The employees stated “don’t worry we will make it in front of you” and yet it somehow this wasn’t communicated to the cook at the grill, nothing was prepared in front of me, and I ended up with something inedible. Thanks for wasting my money.
One of my favorite sub chains. Been to this location several times and I haven't been let down.

I like Jersey Mike’s Subs, but the value isn’t always worth the quality. The equivalent to the Hero sub at Firehouse Subs is about $4 more and isn’t as good! $16 for a “giant”sub is a bit ridiculous! Like I said, 4 star cuz the quality is there, but the price is steep. Pic of #7 Turkey and provolone. $15.05!!!
Ordered the #17 Mike's famous Philly, very good. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff. This was my first time here, I'd definitely come back. I believe the sandwich was around 9 dollars for a regular size, seems kinda pricey compared to other places though..
Their subs are fantastic. Service is prompt and courteous. They are the No.1 sub place around. Full of meat, and the bread is soft and not too thick. We'll never order a sub anywhere else ?

We had the best customer service on Saturday 2/19. The two women behind the counter are the best in town for friendly and kind service. We kept commenting how nice they were all day. Great experience!
