Need to update your online menu prices, theres a big difference in price the online CBR pizza said 11.25 then i call the order in its 23.25 or close to it for 1 pizza.
First time in, and it was pretty busy. It was Sunday and one girl.was waiting all the tables. She was exceptional!.I was really impressed with how she kept everyone happy and the orders straight. Food was really good. Really.enjoyed their sausage sandwich. I will definitely be back.
Answer the dang phone! You messed up my order!They forgot a salad and said they could only credit me. Would not deliver the salad without paying more. Seems to me like i should be entitled to a refund without bringing my card in… Bad business all the way around. Sad seeing such a good business go down the tubes with poor help.
It wasn't very busy but it still took a super long time to get my pizza. And then, the crust was only half cooked it was really doughy and chewy. I ended up eating the toppings off of it. The pineapple or something on it didn't taste quite right so hopefully I don't get sick!
First time ordering the Calzone and it was delicious, so much flavor. Also had the Mac n cheese bites and those were amazing. Definitely will be ordering again ?
Wow...second time in a row take out order screwed up and food quality is way down. I hope the regulars can keep this place running...it's all they have left. Please find somewhere else to go, they don't deserve your money.
Good luck trying to order something from these guys. Every time I call in and place an order, either they never answer, or I get cut off the line. Sometimes even the wait is delayed longer.. Very unprofessional, and they successfully lost a paying customer.
So I went to jaspers tonight for dinner. Have heard so many good things. Went and ordered the nachos, get them and get home to see the chips we’re burnt literally and no meat. Took them back not only did they go above any beyond replacing them, they refunded me in full including my tip. I just wanted the food re-made but they went beyond my expectations. Good food good staff. Check them out!
Order was 48 min past delivery time stated.food was cold.. was my first time ordering delivery from them..its good pizza but wouldn't recommend delivery.
Tried to place an order Saturday night at 8pm and the phones were disconnected called about 10 times thinking the lines were busy. Then went to the restaurant and were told the address given by us was out of their reach, even though we were told earlier in the day that we were in the delivery range. Food was good but service need to step up.
