Insomnia Cookies is good when I actually get the order. As of late, they’ve been telling me they only have one driver and have to go through a 3rd party service, which is fine but then the order never comes. I thinks it’s unprofessional they only have one driver knowing they have high delivery volume. I’ll be taking my business to Crumbl. Very unfortunate
I ordered cookies online and they are an hour late. I still haven’t received them. This is my first time with them so I’m not sure how they taste. I called and they said “we only have one driver.” Why don’t they turn off the orders then? I work at McDonald’s and Starbucks and when we’re short staffed we turn off the online orders. I would like a refund as I would like to go to sleep now but I’m waiting for my cookies that should have been here an hour ago. If only I knew they delivered they’re own cookies. I’m honestly disappointed. I’ll stick to crumble ://
Cookies are good but i want a response from the store as a delivery driver almost hit me today after driving aggressively. Your voicemail box is full and id like to know if this issue is being handled

Just outstanding. My daughter is away at college and these cookies being sent are the perfect thing to tell her that I am thinking of her, and pulling for her, while she is away. Plus they are delicious.

I could not have any of the cookies. All the locations share spatulas with all the cookies (nut allergy), so that was one heck of a bummer. At least I was able to get some ice cream. I took a star off because there was nothing special about their cookies n cream ice cream. It was like $8.75 just for the smallest size with 2 toppings (m&ms, brownie pieces). It came with a free cookie....so I gave that to one of my friends.

It's generic store bought that’s not very good, but the cookies are the reason you'd want to go here anyways.I've seen some complaints with the online ordering system. I myself haven't had an issue with it- I used their website. Sometimes the location closest to you will be out of a kind of cookie and it'll be unavailable though. I ordered from my new place and had a bad connection on my phone, so I accidentally ordered the same thing twice. I called and canceled one of them with no issue.
