Food cold, mozzarella sticks overcooked and cold, cake drying out and appears to be cut in half of what the picture shows. Runny ranch. Told I had to bring the food back to them when they messed it up. Spent $40 dollars and best part was the driver. Guy on the phone when I called wasn't helpful at all. Don't know if it is day crew or what, but have never had this bad of service from this store ever..till now. So in the end, unless you want to spend the gas money to correct their screwups..order carefully from this location and pray it's right..or be prepared to eat the cost and the incorrect or cold food.
The manager Christian was very rude on the phone rushing me to place my order which I understand people are busy and once we came in frustrated about the order and how rude and rushed we were on the phone I got denied service for wanting an apology and to be respected as the customer who is suppose to be correct! Bad management. " I'm sorry that happened to you " is the first thing you say to a distraught customer.
Took a very long time to be delivered. Overdone. Missing our cheese sauces. Oddly our pizza was not even cut.
I just called to place a delivery. He asked my address then proceeded to tell me he had 1 driver so he couldn’t take my order right now. I then asked, “When will you be able to take my order?” And his response was I don’t know.What a joke
Worst pizza place Eva I called a hour ago and Dey gonna tell me Dey didn’t have a order for me but dats ok cause I had to say something to a employee bout a bug inside de the restaurant something is always wrong wit dat place I’ve gotten cold pizza I’ve gotten late deliveries bad attitudes day act like we olé dem something very bad service not to mention slow as hell I so hate this place neva again
I absolutely love Happy,s I hope they’re around for a long long time! They have the best food and service in town, they’re always on time, and there employees are very professional, I’ve started ordering twice a week now! Hats off to the cooks and please keep up the good work!
I've enjoyed going here quite a bit since I live close! Most of their menu is pretty delicious and it doesn't usually take too long to get your food. Typically no longer than it takes to cook it!
A elderly friend and a old neighbor of mine ordered takeout a couple of nights ago. They brought her order but when they were there, she couldn't get the order because she was not feeling good when they stopped. She called them and explained the situation to them and they again stopped over with her order but she never received it so she called them again and asked what happened to her order and they told her it was outside of her door but it wasn't there. She called and complained about the situation and they just kept hanging up on her. She's on disability and only gets paid monthly and her order was $32. She never got her money back and and never heard back from the establishment. I would not recommend this place to anyone because she should have never been treated this way and she should have gotten her money back.
The pizza appears to have been dropped or squished. All the toppings were to the left of the pizza. VERY HORRIBLE JOB
So unprofessional, I ordered online for delivery, and had the whole daycare show up. If you're looking for a job and a daycare this is definitely the best way to go. They have both a job for you and daycare for your kids. Not to mention the chef eating chips while making the food.
