My boys LOVE the doggie sundays! With vanilla, peanut butter and dog cookie treats.
Sat at the drive thru window for 5 minutes because none of the employees heard the driveway sensor. We ordered an additional garlic bread at the window knowing that we would have to wait. We pull up and sit there for 10 minutes. They come out and tell us that they are out of garlic bread. We get home and the order is not prepared to order. Very disappointed.
So disappointed for what has happened to our beloved Frosty Boy. Ever since it’s been under new owner/management it has gone downhill.All the pricing on their website and the sign out front is apparently incorrect. When I questioned it they told me “yeah that’s an old sign.” They charge $15 for a small cheese pizza. They do not offer a kids size ice cream scoops so you have no choice but to get an adult size ice cream and pay their extreme cost. They don’t have anything small sizes, it’s either a double scoop or a triple scoop or a medium or large, nothing smaller.They do not read your order back to you, so they get is wrong every time! For me and my one kid for ice cream, pizza and french fries, I just paid $30. And waited 45 minutes to get my food. When my food came it was wrong and I had to wait longer!! Ordered a small plan cheese pizza they brought me a meat lovers pizza!! They also don’t give you a recite.This place used to be a small ice cream shop for locals now it seems like it’s a over priced Business who doesn’t care about their customers, especially families with kids.
I ordered the price destroyer pizza and omg it is so good! The service was great and fast the food was very fresh
We went there to get ice cream as one does and soon as we pulled up to the drive through window the guy was extremely rude and was rushing us from the get.. we pulled up to the window and the boy was t trying to take out 20$ bill because he felt it and thought it was fake we let that slide then we get out ice cream and they didn’t change the spoons and it still had peanut butter ice cream on it which in seriously allergic too and they acted like they didn’t care. Wouldn’t recommend going there
I used to love going to Frosty Boy when I was younger but I went back recently and it wasn’t as great as I remember. Staff weren’t that friendly and they don’t do chocolate dipped cones (apparently they are too messy?) There are plenty of other options to choose from but I probably won’t be going back anytime soon.
Their "kids" size is actually an adult portion. They are overpriced and not friendly at all.? Do yourself and favor and skip this place all together. Shultz's treat street in the Oakwood plaza is a much better option.
Got a doggie sundae and banana royale as soon as they opened. Great philly as well. Pickle chips are amazing. Better than when I was a kid coming here. They have it all and are quick with big orders. I wish there had been a way to tip them. ? Frosty Boy.
I went there tonight with my husband and had a horrible experience. The pizza is good and that's about it. We had a long wait for the food, the staff was rude and after driving through the drive through and being told to wait, we parked and waited. When it was done, they made us go back through the drive through to pay for it. We won't be back!! Dont go there!! My lemonade was also watery and gross!
I ordered on GrubHub want a mess. It's nice to know a company cares about making it right. Thank u frosty boys. I gave the devery driver $20 I know u had to clean up there mess, but u just earned a customer for life.
