Went in tonight and we're seated right away put our order in and a half hour later we asked to check-in it. She informed that the waitress forgot to put in the order. I was eating with a diabetic, she said well just order now. No sorry. Ugh what a real winner

No blender? A great price on Monday margaritas, but no blender... I kid you not. Can you call a bar with no blender a bar?Among the positive things, a great waitress, a great manager. This place is huge and offers wonderful high backed booths. And if you'd rather watch TV than interact with your friends or family, the number of TVs is astounding. They also have a large outdoor dining/drinking area which wasn't open but looks like fun and an indoor area for children to play.I hesitate to leave a negative review when so many restaurants fought to stay alive and keep enough staff to remain in business because of Covid. Most restaurants I go to are understaffed and staffed with new personnel, many of whom have no experience in the restaurant industry. That said, an 18-year-old bartender who forgets to put the alcohol in the drinks which arrived during the meal, food that arrives cold, and no check-in by the waitress to see how things were. 5 limp onion rings... The menu is almost too extensive. Although, a separate Lent menu is rare and welcome for those who practice.We did ask to speak to a manager, who was fabulous. Genuinely concerned about our dining experience, gave an honest response about the difficulties in maintaining a good dining/drinking experience without enough staff and a bizarre explanation regarding why they had decided to operate a bar without a blender.. She offered us a free drink or dessert and made the drinks herself. Personable and professional.I won't go back, but if I did, I would update my review to consider the changes if and when staffing issue were resolved. This place has many of the ingredients for a good restaurant/bar. As it is now, with mediocre food, alcohol-free drinks, and a shortage of staff, I have to give it 2 stars.
Great food and service. Danielle was a wonderful sever. The food was great and fair priced with good potion sizes. Definitely will return and recommend.

Always a delight to visit this neighborhood bar and grill. Last visit was 12-4-2021 and our food (as usual) was top notch, the service was prompt, and the atmosphere of this location in energetic, fun, and very customer friendly
