Good food, good atmosphere, and staff are friendly. It's very expensive and it's just missing something generally.
Ordered a burger with 5 toppings and received a hamburger patty and a bun! Very annoyed and disappointed, dry dry dry!!!
Food is decent, the price on the other hand.. ridiculous. 2 hotdogs and a fry came out to 27 bucks. TWENTY SEVEN dollars. I have nothing more to say here.
I like their food pretty well, but even though it is totally self-serve they put you on the spot to pay a tip, and every time I go there every table in the place is filthy dirty, consistently, always. I’m done.

One single burger,one double,a fry and one drink was almost $28.When I opened the foil on the burgers both looked like someone smashed them flat bun and all. Tasted fine but over priced in my opinion.
I thought that five guys would not live up to the hype, but it blew away my expectations. I got the cheeseburger with "the whole thing" minus mushrooms and a small fry. I was expecting a little bag of fries like other places. I got a cup of fries in my bag with an amount of fries in the bottom of my bag twice what the cup could hold! And they were great! Burger was huge and awesome. I wondered why they had bottles of malt vinegar like LJS, but I tried them on my fries, it was good. Can't say enough about how great the service was. Unbelievably, it exceeded my expectations. Look at the pics.
5 Guys had a significant price increase. Not sure a standard bacon cheeseburger is worth just under$12. With fries. $17..
First time today. Best burger I've had in awhile. Will definitely be back.
