The food here is decent, though the wait times can get a bit long because it's not easy to cook good pasta in a short amount of time.I would probably rate higher if I was actually able to get some food from here, but we were waiting at the drive thru order-box for 10 minutes in silence and were eventually told we'd have to wait about 5-10 minutes. We gave up and decided to go somewhere else.The people who came into the line just after we gave up were able to order and pull around, though. Not sure what the deal was with that. Feels like the guy at the window just didn't like us.I'll definitely update this review if we choose to come back and things have improved, but as of right now? Just be wary when you go.
Went through drive through, the voice over speaker was nice and Im a vegetarian and didn't want a drink ordered a fettuccine/ Alfredo with mushrooms/broccoli and a salad. My friend ordered carbonara with no bacon and salad no drink. 27.00 total and by the time we drove home we realized we had zero salads. So that very expensive meal. Wow. Someone might want check prices. ?
Havemt been here in a long while and it's just as delicious as always. Love the bread sticks because they are loaded with garlic. I recommend you stop in and have a try.❤️❤️
Food was good but service was not all that great they didn't put no napkins or silverware in the bag

Drove 25 minutes one way to Fazolis. Sat in the drive thru over 35 minutes, just to not get our entire order. This isn't the first time it's happened, but it will be the last since I will no longer be going to that location because this happens too often.
Only leaving a one star due to the fact can't leave a zero. The staff in that back had spent more time chatting g with each other than actually putting orders out. The manager was nowhere to be seen helping the staff. We ordered at 540p. And didn't receive our meal till 610pm. Half hour wait for so so food. The fact they had 3 orderes waiting to be prepared for the dining room. After this experience won't be returning here again bad customer service and horrible attitudes
Overall was a great experience, extremely fast and tasted great. Shoutout to the big man, I think his name was Tyler for giving exceptional service. Super kind guy, hope he plays football cause he’d be good.
I really like the restaurant. However, you guys need ventilation on your roof icicles are everywhere it's gonna hurt someone. It's also going to destroy your roof. I recommend taking care of that before it gets really bad which it pretty much is already
Dylan was an awesome person to deal with. If all fast food places had people like him........ loved the service.
