Absolutely awesome coffee, service and prices! We stopped in during a weekend visit and this is a hidden gem off the beaten path ❤️ Someone mentioned high prices in another review and I would completely disagree!! Specialty coffee, wonderful flavors and good prices!!
Got lucky and scored a bag of Limmu Kossa about 30 minutes after roasting, still warm! Momma loved her late, diggin a solid pour over. Good stuff.
Friendly staff in a rustic/industrial setting. Pour-over coffee could use a bit more attention; but overall a great spot to spend some time.Pour over improvement: don't get sidetracked in conversation while brewing. Extraction was on the low end with moderate body.
The cutest, unique and best coffee shop in the kzoo area!! Today we had a matcha latte and a cortado, both in which were so amazing and creamy! We also tried a cherry tart and almond croissant and was very impressed! We will definetely be making this our go to coffee shop from now on!! The service was great too!Also loved how inclusive they were to all people <3
Off the beaten path, quiet, unique and simple. I'd like to check out the mopeds someday when the garage is open. Coffee was great!
Their coffee is super tasty, I was helped by a friendly Australian fellow who definitely knows his coffee and made helpful suggestions. They're passionate about their coffee and want you to enjoy it. I'll definitely be back!
One of my favorite coffee shops in Kalamazoo! Love the atmosphere and the sugar cookie latte was delicious. Can’t wait to be back!
They have such good espresso here. Their house made chai is also super spicy and delicious
Factory Coffee is my saving grace every morning, especially since I recently started working in person again. Not only is everything I order delicious, but every staff person turns my groggy morning into a happy experience. Cannot recommend enough!! Feeling very blessed to live close to both their Frank St and PFC locations!
They definitely know what they’re doing - well done. That being said, I would love to see a classic 8 oz cappuccino on the menu, maybe I missed it
