I only ever get delivery or do drive thru runs here - mostly delivery. I'm a regular and order about 1-2x a month or more.The one consistent problem when ordering online is, oddly enough, the donuts.The donuts of the order will be either missing entirely (even if it's a half dozen!), or they'll be completely different from what was ordered. When I order these online, I just tell myself, "I probably won't actually get these, but hey, it's worth a try!"Drinks, hot sandwiches and other side dishes are never missing in comparison! It's always just the donuts. It's even happened at the drive thru more than once, so now we're in the habit of checking the bag then and there before driving off.To be honest it doesn't bother me too much - grubhub is easygoing with the refunds, so it is what it is. It's just bizarre for a place that is literally donut based to forget the main part of the order so frequently.That being said the quality is always good and I like to come here to order in person on Sundays to have breakfast at the park down the road.The workers there are ALWAYS friendly and kind, I'll give them that. One time many months ago, our donuts were missing as usual so we had to drive back, and the guy gave us an extra donut as an apology. I wish I could remember his name, because THAT gesture is what good customer service is all about.
Very disrespectful manager was just swore at and told they were going to call the police on me because I was telling them that they didn't give me my drink last weekend when I stopped in. She told me it's was just an orange juice I said yay right just an orange juice. Why would I play any that she told me I should have called last weekend I asked what the differents from calling it telling you know? Anyway I just was hoping they'd make it right I wasn't there to fight just wanted them to make it right. I guess I look like someone that lies and tries to get free food driving my beautiful truck playing my christian music with my son by my side what a crazy thing.
Ordered 6 donuts and a couple of coffees delivered. Received the coffees and a note saying they're out of donuts. $35 for two coffees delivered after fees and tax. How does a donut shop not have any donuts?

Wanted to do something kind for my employees and stopped by the location at 9th street (at 7am sharp) to grab a dozen donuts. I got there at opening time to ensure freshness of product and wider selection and still got stale donuts that were obviously old and from the day before… needless to say, they had a very limited selection of donut flavors/kinds. Also, that location NEVER makes my coffee correctly. I will not be going back there again. I will spend my money at Tim Horton’s. At least I can get a wide variety of donuts and a great cup of coffee.
The customer service here is unbelievable. The young ladies who served me were nothing but kind, patient and helpful. They had excellent recommendations and when asked, made me an excellent drink she orders herself. My first time at a Dunkin and it was an excellent one. Excellent prices too. Try the Chai latte, french vanilla swirl.
Another disgusting location serving hot coffee poured over ice as "iced coffee".. look how watery and terrible this looks.Dumped the whole thing out and went to Starbucks
My kids love the strawberry sprinkled doughnuts.
